اخيرا" توجه ويژه‌اي به ارتباطات انكوباتورها و پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري با دانشگاه‌هاي علوم نظامي مي‌شود. در همين راستا مراكز رشد پايدار مقوله‌اي جديد بوده كه محقق به بررسي جايگاه انكوباتورهاي پايدار در دانشگاه‌هاي علوم نظامي پرداخته است. به عبارتي مسأله اصلي محقق مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي انكوباتورهاي پادار در دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي سئوال اصلي محقق بوده است. جهت نيل به اين منظور، از روش تحقيق آميخته اكتشافي استفاده گرديد؛ در بخش كيفي از رويكرد تحليل محتواي كيفي جهت‌دار استفاده شده است. منابع مورد استفاده، مصاحبه با 10 نفر از اساتيد تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي (داعا: دافوس و دانشگاه‌هاي افسري آجا) در حوزه انكوباتورها بود، كه با مرور چندباره و تحليل مصاحبه‌هاي مكتوب شده، مؤلفه‌هاي انكوباتور پايدار در دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي شناسايي شدند. 60 واحد معنايي استخراج شدند كه در قالب 13 رمز دسته‌بندي شدند. در بخش كمي تحقيق در قالب روش پژوهش توصيفي- پيمايشي و از طريق ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ديدگاه‌هاي 280 نفر از دانشجويان دوره‌هاي تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي كه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي انتخاب شده بودند، گردآوري و سپس داده ها با استفاده از فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي(AHP) ، تجزيه و تحليل و مؤلفه‌هاي انكوباتور پايدار و ملاك‌هاي مرتبط با هر يك از آنها اولويت بندي شدند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه مؤلفه الزام آموزشي و پژوهشي پايدار با وزن نسبي 0/3 بيشترين اهميت را در انكوباتور پايدار دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي دارد. و بعد از آن به ترتيب مؤلفه‌هاي الزام منابع پايدار با 18/ . و الزام مديريتي پايدار با وزن نسبي 14/. قرار دارند.
