The Impact of Transferring Concepts Related to Resurrection on Spiritual Knowledge and Ethical Behavior of High School Teachers in Gorgan

اين مقاله با هدف بررسي تأثير انتقال مفاهيم مرتبط با معاد بر آگاهي معنوي و رفتار اخلاقي معلمان دوره متوسطه شهر گرگان انجام شد. طرح پژوهش، از نوع پيش‌آزمون−پس‌آزمون با گروه كنترل بود. جامعه آماري شامل 345 نفر معلمان در سال تحصيلي 97 بودند، به شكل تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش (20 نفر) و گواه (20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. سپس، انتقال مفاهيم مرتبط با معاد به مدت دو ماه به شكل پيام كوتاه توسط موبايل به گروه آزمايش ارائه شد؛ در حالي كه گروه كنترل آموزشي دريافت نكرد. در پايان هر دو گروه به پرسشنامه‌ها آگاهي معنوي عبدالله‌زاده و رفتار اخلاقي لوزير پاسخ دادند. نتايج تحليل كوواريانس نشان داد كه انتقال مفاهيم مرتبط با معاد موجب بهبود آگاهي معنوي معلمان دوره متوسطه مي‌شود. همچنين انتقال مفاهيم مرتبط با معاد موجب ارتقاي رفتار اخلاقي معلمان نيز ميشود. بنابراين تشويق معنويت در محيط كار به‌يژه از طريق پيام منجر به كاهش نيات ترك محيط كار، افزايش اخلاق و وجدان كاري و انگيزش بيشتر، عملكرد و بهره‌وري بالاتر مي‌شود.

This paper aims at investigating the effect of transferring concepts related to resurrection on spiritual awareness and ethical behavior of high school teachers in Gorgan. The research design was pre-test/ post-test with control group. The statistical population consisted of 345 teachers in the academic year of 2018. They were randomly assigned into an experimental group (20 subjects) and a control group (20 subjects). Then, the concepts related to resurrection were provided to the experimental group for two months in the form of SMS, while the control group received no training. At the end, both groups responded to Abdullah Zadeh's Spiritual Intelligence questionnaire and Lussier's Moral Behavior questionnaires. The results of covariance analysis indicated that transferring concepts related to resurrection improves spiritual awareness of high school teachers. Similarly, teaching concepts related to resurrection promotes teachers' ethical behavior. Therefore, the promotion of spirituality in the workplace, especially through the message, leads to a reduction in the desire to leave the working environment, increasing ethical behavior and conscientiousness, and more motivation, performance, and productivity.
