Parents' Experiences of Children with Special Needs from Educational Problems

هدف پژوهش حاضر، ادراك تجربيات والدين كودكان با نيازهاي ويژه از مشكلات آموزشي در مدارس ويژه بود تا با تكيه بر شناسايي مشكلات آموزشي، بتوان نسبت به كاهش عوامل زمينه‌‌ساز در مدارس مبادرت كرد. روش تحقيق حاضر در قالب تحقيق كيفي و از نوع پديدارشناسانه است و از اين رو از بين والدين كودكان با نيازهاي ويژه تا نائل شدن به حد اشباع اطلاعات، 15 نفر از آن‌ها به شيوه نمونه‌گيري هدفمند، انتخاب شدند و با آن‌ها مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته انجام شد. گفتگوها با استفاده از روش كلايزي تجزيه و تحليل شد، يافته‌هاي به دست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان داد كه عوامل ايجاد‌كننده مشكلات آموزشي اين گروه از دانش‌آموزان در مدارس ويژه را مي‌توان در 4 مضمون كلي مشكلات ناظر به كيفيت معلم، برنامه درسي، فضاي آموزشي و امكانات و كادر اجرايي تقسيم‌بندي كرد. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد كه با بررسي تجارب والدين دانش‌آموزان با نيازهاي ويژه از مشكلات آموزشي مي‌توان تا حد امكان بستر مناسبي براي شكوفايي توانايي‌ها استعدادهاي اين گروه از دانش‌آموزان فراهم كرد و محيطي غني براي كسب مهارتهاي آنان فراهم نمود. در فرجام مقاله بر پايه نتايج پژوهش، پيشنهادهاي لازم ارائه شد.

The purpose of the study was to understand the experiences of parents of children with special needs from educational problems in special schools, so that by specifying educational problems, one could take actions to reduce the factors behind the schools. The method was qualitative and phenomenological, so 15 were selected from among the parents of the children with special needs until reaching information saturation limit using targeted sampling by conducting a semi-structured interview. The interviews were analyzed using Colaizzi method. The results showed that the factors causing educational problems of this group of students in special schools can be found in four general themes related to teachers' quality, curriculum, educational environment and features and executive employees. The study showed that by examining the experiences of parents of students with special needs, educational problems can provide a suitable platform for the development of the abilities of this group of students as much as possible and present a rich environment for gaining skills. Finally, the necessary proposals were presented according to the results.
