ظرفيت‌هاي فضاي مجازي؛ بستري توانبخش براي ارتقاء منزلت اجتماعي ناجا

The use of cyberspace capacities to promote social prestige of Islamic Republic of Iran Police

مقدمه: هر چند فضاي‌‌مجازي داراي كاركرد دوسويه(مثبت و منفي)است. ولي مي‌تواند ابزار مناسبي براي توسعه تعاملات و منزلت اجتماعي پليس باشد كه تحقيق حاضر با هدف ارائه راهكارهايي جهت ارتقاء منزلت اجتماعي ناجا با استفاده از ظرفيت‌هاي اين فضاي صورت گرفته است. روش: در اين تحقيق از روش كيفيِ نظريه زمينه‌اي استفاده و داده‌ها از طريق مصاحبه جمع‌آوري گرديد. ميدان پژوهش شهرستان‌هاي غرب استان تهران مي‌‌باشد و با دوازده نفر از غيروابسته به ناجا و ده نفر از كاركنان ناجا مصاحبه صورت گرفت. براي يافتن راهكارهايي جهت ارتقاء منزلت اجتماعي ناجا، ابتدا تلاش شد تا شرايط اساسيِ را كه حضور مؤثر ناجا در فضاي‌‌مجازي را تضمين مي‌‌كنند مورد كاوش قرار گيرند و سپس به فعاليت ها، عمليات‌ها و استراتژي‌هاي مهمي پرداخته شود كه ناجا با استفاده از آنها مي‌‌تواند منزلت اجتماعي خود را ارتقاء بخشد. در مجموع از تحليل داده‌هاي به دست آمده موجب استخراج نه مقوله محوري شد كه برخي تعيين‌كننده شرايط و برخي نيز مشخص‌كننده استراتژي‌ها مي‌‌باشند. يافته‌ها: يافته‌ها نشان مي‌‌دهد كه ناجا با خلاقيت در فضاي‌‌مجازي، ايجاد جامعۀ مجازي مشترك و رفع موانعِ تعامل سازنده در فضاي‌‌مجازي مي‌‌تواند زمينه را براي ارتقاء منزلت اجتماعي خود فراهم كند. نتيجه‌گيري: به موجب نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق، استراتژي‌هايي هم‌چون خشونت زدايي، جذابيت، خبرگي و مهارت كاركنان، رونمايي از دستاوردها، اعتمادسازي و اسطوره‌سازي، نقشِ حياتي در ارتقاء منزلت اجتماعي ناجا به‌وسيله فضاي‌‌مجازي دارند.

Introduction: Although virtual space has two-sided effects (positive and negative), but could be a conducive instrument to expand relations and increase social prestige of NAJA. The current study was conducted to indicate methods how to increase social prestige of NAJA using virtual space. Method: the grounded theory as a qualitative method was used for this research. Unlike quantitative methods that has statistical society and use numerical analysis, the process of gathering data in research field using this method is based on theoretical and purposeful sampling and non-numerical analysis. Thus in this study researchers used the late-mentioned samplings in research field to collect data via interviews until they reached the point of theoretical saturation. The research field was western cities of Tehran province and twelve non-related people plus ten personnel of NAJA were interviewed. The findings of this research are the output of three layers coding of raw data; open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Findings: the findings indicate that NAJA can prepare the situation for increasing its social prestige by creativity in virtual space, creating a common virtual space, and removing obstacles in the way of useful interaction in virtual space. Conclusion: based on the findings of this research, some strategies like non-violent depictions, attractiveness, expertise and skillfulness of personnel, presenting the achievement, trust-making relations, and mythologizing could have a pivotal role in increasing social prestige of NAJA via virtual space.
