تحليل شبكۀ دسترسي به هتل ها با توجه به توزيع مقاصد گردشگري (مطالعۀ موردي: شهر اصفهان)

(Processing and network analysis of spatial and tourist resorts in GIS (Case study of hotels in Isfahan

اقامتگاه هاي گردشگري به عنوان مبداء و مقصد بازديد هاي روزانه در شهرها از اهميت بسياري برخوردار هستند، مكان‌يابي صحيح هتل ها و ساير اقامتگاه هاي گردشگري مي تواند باعث آسايش گردشگران در زمينه حمل ونقل، كاهش ترافيك شهري، عدم سردرگمي گردشگران در فضاهاي شهري و همچنين افزايش نقش منحصر به فرد آن در اقتصاد گردشگري و توسعه هتل داري گردد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي وضعيت مكاني و موقعيت جغرافيايي هتل ها، وضعيت دسترسي جاذبه هاي گردشگري شهر اصفهان با اقامت گاه هاي گردشگري پرداخته است. اطلاعات مورد نياز به روش كتابخانه اي، اسنادي، و مراجعه به سازمان ها و ادارات مربوط جمع آوري شده است. سپس داده ها جهت ورود به نرم افزار GIS، آماده سازي و براي تحليل داده ها از ابزار Network Analyst استفاده شده است. جهت نشان دادن موقعيت بهترين اقامت گاه هاي گردشگري نسبت به جاذبه ها گردشگري از ابزار New Location_Allocation استفاده گرديد و مشخص شد كه هتل مهر بهترين دسترسي را نسبت به جاذبه هاي تاريخي، هتل مرواريد بهترين دسترسي نسبت به جاذبه هاي تفريحي و هتل كوثر بهترين دسترسي نسبت به جاذبه هاي تاريخي، گردشگري و تفريحي دارد. نتايج نشان داد كه، بيشتر مراكز تفريحي شهر اصفهان، فاصله بهينه اي با اقامت گاه هاي گردشگري ندارند وهمچنين مشخص شد كه توزيع فضايي اقامت گاه هاي گردشگري شهر اصفهان متاثر از جاذبه هاي گردشگري نمي باشد. همچنين، به منظور مشخص كردن مسيرهاي بهينة دسترسي به جاذبه هاي گردشگري، بهترين مسيرها مشخص شده است.

Today, optimal access of tourists to tourism elements is one of the important issues in urban tourism planning. Meanwhile, tourist destinations are of great importance as the source and destination of day-trips in cities. For this reason, the proper location of hotels and other tourist residences can be a source of comfort for tourists in terms of transportation and also increase its unique role in tourism and hotel development. The present study investigates the location and geographical location of hotels, the accessibility status of tourism attractions of Isfahan city with tourist resorts. The required information is collected through library, documentary, and referral to related organizations and agencies. Data were then used for data entry into the GIS software, and the Network Analyst tool was used to analyze the data. The New Location Allocation tool was used to show the best tourist destinations as compared to tourist attractions. It was determined that the Mehr Hotel has the best access to historic attractions, the Pearl Hotel has the best access to the attraction The Kusar Resort & Spa has the best access to historical and recreational attractions. The results showed that most recreational centers in Isfahan did not have optimal distance with tourist accommodation. Also, it was revealed that the spatial distribution of tourism residences in Isfahan is not influenced by tourism attractions.
