چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: آسيب شنوايي تمام جنبه‌هاي زندگي فرد را تحت تأثير قرار مي‌دهد، در حالي كه استفاده از برنامه توانبخشي شناختي مبتني بر حافظه با نتايج مؤثري همراه است. هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي اثربخشي برنامه توانبخشي شناختي مبتني بر حافظه بر مشكلات رفتاري و حافظه فعال دانش‌آموزان با آسيب شنوايي بود.
روش كار: اين پژوهش، يك مطالعه شبه‌آزمايشي با طرح پيش‌آزمون_پس‌آزمون و گروه كنترل بود. در اين پژوهش 26 دختر با آسيب شنوايي كه به روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس از مدارس شهر اصفهان انتخاب شده بودند، شركت داشتند. آزمودني‌ها به دو گروه 13 نفري آزمايش و كنترل تقسيم شدند. گروه آزمايش، برنامه توانبخشي شناختي مبتني بر حافظه را در 10 جلسه دريافت كردند، در حالي كه به گروه كنترل اين آموزش ارائه نگرديد. ابزارهاي پژوهش، آزمون مشكلات رفتاري (2001) و مجموعه آزمون حافظه فعال براي كودكان (1396) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحليل كوواريانس چندمتغيري تجزيه و تحليل شد.
يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه برنامه توانبخشي شناختي مبتني بر حافظه بر مشكلات رفتاري و حافظه فعال آزمودني‌ها تاثير معناداري داشت (p>0/0001).
نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس يافته‌ها، برنامه توانبخشي شناختي مبتني بر حافظه، مشكلات رفتاري و حافظه فعال دانش‌آموزان با آسيب شنوايي را بهبود بخشيد. بنابراين، مي‌توان از اين برنامه به منظور بهبود مشكلات رفتاري و حافظه فعال چنين دانش‌آموزاني بهره برد و برنامه‌ريزي براي استفاده از برنامه توانبخشي شناختي مبتني بر حافظه براي آنها اهميت ويژه‌اي دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Hearing impairment affects all aspects of an individual’s life, while applying
cognitive rehabilitation program based on memory has been associated with practical
outcomes. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation
programs based on memory on the behavioral problems and working memory in
students with hearing impairment.
Methods: The present research was a semi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test
design, and control group. The participants were 26 girl children with hearing impairment
from schools in Isfahan city using a convenient sampling method. Subjects were
divided into experimental and control groups, each group consisting of 13 children. The
experimental group received ten cognitive rehabilitation sessions based on memory,
while the control group did not. The instruments were the Child Behavior Checklist
(2001) and Working Memory Test Battery for Children (2017). Data were analyzed using
MANCOVA.
Results: The results showed that cognitive rehabilitation program based on memory
had a significant effect on the behavioral problems and working memory of subjects
(P<0.0001).
Conclusion: According to the findings, cognitive rehabilitation program based on memory
improved behavioral problems and working memory in students with hearing impairment.
So, this program can be used to improve behavioral problems and working
memory of these students and planning for providing a cognitive rehabilitation program
based on memory for them is of particular importance.
