مطالعه كيفي تربيت جنسي نوجوانان و عوامل زمينه‌ساز آن با تاكيد بر روابط ميان فردي با والدين مطالعه موردي: دختران و پسران نوجوان دوره متوسطه ساكن شهر تهران

A Qualitative Study of Adolescent Sexual Education and its Contextual Factors with Emphasis on Interpersonal Relations with Case study: High school adolescent girls and boys residing in Tehran

تربيت جنسي به كارگيري شيوه ­هايي براي ايجاد صفات و رفتارهاي جنسي سالم و در عين حال زدودن صفات و رفتارهاي جنسي ناشايست از مجموعه وجودي انسان است. به عبارت ديگر تربيت جنسي ارائه سلسله­ اي از اطلاعات ضروري روان­شناختي، جسماني و ديني در حوزه زمينه­ هاي جنسي مرتبط با فرد و به همراه آن ارائه اطلاعات و آگاهي ­هايي به فرد در زمينه آشنايي بيشتر با خصوصيات جنس مخالف است. هدف تحقيق حاضر، مطالعه تربيت جنسي نوجوانان شهر تهران و عوامل زمينه­ساز آن با تاكيد بر روابط ميان فردي با والدين است. براي اين منظور از روش تحقيق كيفي و تكنيك مصاحبه براي جمع­ آوري داده­ ها استفاده شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داد ه ­ها از نطريه زمين ه­اي استفاده شده است. داد ه ­هاي به دست آمده به شكل­گيري مقولاتي مانند آگاهي از مسائل ديني در رابطه با تربيت جنسي، آگاهي والدين از مسائل جنسي و اثرات جسمي و روحي آن، ارائه رفتارهاي مناسب در خانواده از سوي والدين، آگاهي و مسلط بودن والدين به يك سري از مهارت­هاي ارتباطي در جهت ارتباط بهتر با كودكان، تربيت جنسي درقالب آموزش مدارس، آموزش والدين و اجتماعي ­كردن و انتقال درست هنجارها و ارزش­هاي جنسيتي به فرزندان، وجود ارتباط عاطفي در خانواده، نظارت مدارس بر فعاليت­هاي كودكان و نوجوانان در مدرسه و همكاري با والدين در اين زمينه منتهي شده است. اين مفاهيم در سه دسته عوامل خانوادگي، آموزشي يا برون خانوادگي و اجتماعي دسته ­بدي­ شدند. نهايتاً بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده، يكي از دلايل اصلي تاثيرگذار بر تربيت جنسي در اين پژوهش، وجود آگاهي در بين خانواده ­ها و در راس آن در بين والدين مي­باشد

Sex education is adopting methods for creating healthy sexual characteristics and behaviors and at the same time removing inappropriate sexual characteristics and behaviors from human existence. In other words, sex education offers a series of essential psychological, physical, and religious information regarding the sexual field related to an individual, as well as providing information and awareness to the individual in order to become more familiar with the characteristics of the opposite sex. The present study aimed to investigate sex education of adolescents in Tehran and its underlying factors with emphasis on interpersonal relationships with parents. To this end, qualitative research method and interviewing technique were used for data collection. The grounded theory approach was employed to analyze the data. The obtained data resulted in forming categories such as awareness of religious issues related to sex education, parents’ awareness of sexual issues and its physical and psychological effects, parents’ appropriate behaviors in family, parents’ awareness of and dominance on some communication skills for better connections with children, sex education in the form of school education, parents’ education and socialization, correct transfer of sexual norms and guidelines to children, existence of an motional connection in family, supervision of school activities for children and adolescents, and cooperation with parents in this field. These concepts were categorized into three themes: family, educational or extramarital and social factors. Finally, based on the results, one of the main reasons for influencing sexual education in this study is the awareness among families and at the top among parents.
