روند جهاني پژوهش در حوزه كانال هاي توزيع گردشگري: يك تحليل كتاب سنجي

Global trend of research in the field of tourism distribution channels: a bibliometric analysis

بررسي روند توليدات علمي و پژوهش‌هاي صورت گرفته در زمينه كانال‌هاي توزيع گردشگري در سال‌هاي گذشته، مي‌تواند نقشه راهي براي آينده بهتر فراهم نمايد. از اين‌رو پژوش حاضر با هدف تحليل كتاب سنجي پژوهش‌هاي منتشر شده در پايگاه Web of Science در موضوع كانال‌هاي توزيع گردشگري از ابتدا تا كنون و ترسيم نقشه علمي دنيا (طي 35 سال اخير) انجام شد. اين پژوهش يك مطالعه كتابسنجي است و تعداد 142 منبع علمي موضوع كانال‌هاي توزيع گردشگري از پايگاه Web of Science به صورت جستجوي موضوعي، مورد تحليل كتاب سنجي قرار گرفت. تحليل داده‌ها توسط امكانات اين پايگاه و همچنين نرم افزار VOS viewer كه يك نرم افزار مصورسازي است صورت گرفت. منابع بازيابي شده، توليدات علمي سال‌هاي 1983 تا 2018 را پوشش داد. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان دهنده روند صعودي انتشار مقالات حوزه كانال‌هاي توزيع گردشگري در 10 سال اخير بود. بيشترين مقاله در سال 2018، 26 مقاله و بيشترين ميزان استناد در سال 2018، 212 استناد بود. بيشترين انتشارات اين حوزه بصورت مقاله پژوهشي اصيل (55/63%) و از كشورهاي چين، سپس اسپانيا، آمريكا، نيوزلند و تايوان بود. ترسيم شبكه هم تاليفي مجلات در حوزه كانال‌هاي توزيع گردشگري در 3 خوشه و با تعداد 275 تاليف مشترك نمايش داده شد. واژه‌هاي كليدي نيز از وضعيت رويكرد عرضه گردشگري به سمت رويكرد سيستمي گردشگري و در نهايت رويكرد تقاضاي گردشگري متحول شدند.

The study of scientific production and research on the distribution channels of tourism in recent years can provide a road map for a better future. Therefore Peugeh has been working with the purpose of analyzing bilibiometric researches published on the Web of Science Web site on the topic of distribution of tourism from the beginning to the present and drawing the world's scientific map (over the past 35 years). This research is a bibliometric study and 142 scientific sources on the topic of the distribution of tourism channels from the Web of Science Web site were subject to bimetric analysis. Data analysis was performed by the facilities of this site as well as the VOS viewer software, a visualization software. The retrieved sources covered scientific outputs from 1983 to 2018. The results of this study indicate the upward trend in the publication of articles in the field of distribution channels in the last 10 years. Most articles in 2018, 26 articles, and the highest citations in 2018 were 212 citations. Most of the publications in this field were original articles (55.63%) and from the countries of China, then Spain, the United States, New Zealand and Taiwan. The compilation of a network of journals in the field of tourism distribution channels was displayed in 3 clusters with a total of 275 joint authorizations. Key words also evolved from the status of the tourism supply approach to the tourism system approach and, ultimately, the tourism demand approach.
