بررسي تأثير مداخله ارگونوميكي بر زمان اعلام مأموريت ديسپچ فوريت‌هاي پزشكي استان البرز

Investigation of the Effect of Ergonomic Intervention on Medical Emergency Announce Time of Dispatch in Alborz

سابقه و هدف: ارتباط مؤثر، عامل مهمي در مراقبت پيش‌بيمارستاني است. واحد ارتباطات يكي از پرتنش‌ترين محيط‌هاي كاري در حوزه درمان بوده و بررسي عوامل زيان‌آور محيط كار اين واحد از اهميت خاصي برخوردار مي‌باشد. براساس دستورالعمل فرايندهاي اورژانس پيش‌بيمارستاني، مدت زمان صرف‌شده از لحظه پاسخگويي پرستار ترياژ تا لحظه اعلام مأموريت به پايگاه مي‌بايست 120 ثانيه باشد. در اين راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثير مداخله ارگونوميكي محيط كار بر زمان اعلام مأموريت كاركنان ديسپچ حوادث و فوريت‌هاي پزشكي استان البرز انجام شد. مواد و روش‌‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصيفي- مداخله‌اي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل 36 نفر از واحد ارتباطات و ديسپچ مركز مديريت حوادث و فوريت‌هاي پزشكي البرز بودند كه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزارهاي اندازه‌گيري پژوهش عبارت بودند از: دستگاه لوكس متر، صداسنج و ROSA (Rapid Office Strain Assessment). در اين مطالعه زمان اعلام مأموريت توسط كاركنان ارتباطات و ديسپچ مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. از آمار توصيفي و آزمون‌هاي تحليلي نيز به‌منظور تحليل آماري با سطح معناداري 0/05 استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان دادند كه انجام مداخله به‌طور كلي باعث ايجاد تفاوت در زمان ثبت تا ارجاع شده است. بر مبناي نتايج، زمان قبل از مداخله معادل 0/02 ثانيه و زمان پس از مداخله برابر با 1/92 بوده است. علاوه‌براين، يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهند كه بهبود شرايط ارگونوميك باعث كاهش مقادير زمان اعلام شده است؛ اما مداخله در ديسپچ، تأثيري بر زمان اعلام نداشته است. نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به نتايج مي‌توان گفت كه اصلاح شرايط ارگونوميكي تأثير مثبتي بر عملكرد كاركنان اين واحد داشته است.

Background and Objective: Effective communication is an important factor in pre-hospital care. The emergency medical communication and dispatch center is one of the most stressful work environments in the healthcare domain so that it is essential to assess the harmful factors associated with this work environment. According to the guidelines of pre-hospital emergency procedures, it should take 120 seconds from the triage nurse response to the moment the mission is announced. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of ergonomic status at the workplace on the time of the announcement of the mission to dispatch personnel working at emergency medical communication and dispatch center. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted based on a descriptiveinterventional design. In total, 36 participants were randomly selected from emergency medical communication and dispatch center. The data were collected using luxmeter, sound meter, and rapid office strain assessment. This study evaluated the time of the mission announcement by the communication and dispatch staff. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics. P-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: According to the results, the intervention affected the time of call registration and the mission assignment. The measured time before the intervention was 2.02s which decreased to 1.92s after the intervention. Therefore, the results indicated that the intervention significantly contributed to the differences between the times of registration until the mission assignment. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the improvement of ergonomic status can have effects on the staffs' performance.
