Pathology identification of the supply and distribution system of decentralized food items in a military-law enforcement center

از مهم‌ترين اقداماتي كه سازمان‌هاي موفق مي‌توانند براي ارتقاي اثربخشي خود انجام دهند آسيب ‌شناسي به موقع فرآيندهاي امور عملياتي جاري در سازمان است كه اين امكان را به مديران مي‌دهد، همواره از مسائل و مشكلات جاري سازمان خود مطلع باشند. فرآيند تأمين اقلام و توزيع به ‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين مسائل و موضوعات سازمان، داراي اهميت و ضرورت انكار ناپذيري مي‌باشد. هدف اين پژوهش آسيب شناسي سيستم تأمين و توزيع اقلام غيرمتمركز خوراكي در يك مركز نظامي - انتظامي بر اساس مدل سه شاخگي مي‌باشد؛ بنابراين پژوهش از نظر نتيجه كاربردي، از نظر هدف توصيفي مي‌باشد. براي اندازه‌گيري متغيرها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گرديد؛ كه روايي محتوايي آن توسط خبرگان تأييد شده و ضريب الفاي كرونباخ پرسشنامه نيز براي سنجش پايايي محاسبه شد. نمونه مورد مطالعه در اين پژوهش شامل مديران و كارشناسان آمادي مي‌باشد. به دليل محدود بودن جامعه آماري تمام شماري صورت گرفت. عمده ترين نتايج نشان دهنده مناسب بودن عوامل زمينه‌اي و نامناسب بودن عوامل ساختاري شامل؛ «دستورالعمل‌ها»، «برنامه‌ريزي»، «فرايند و روش خريد»، «نيروي انساني» و «بودجه» مي‌باشد. پس از مشخص شدن نقاط ضعف سيستم تأمين و توزيع، پيشنهادها لازم جهت بهبود اين سيستم ارائه گرديده است.

One of the most important steps that successful organizations can take to improve their effectiveness is the timely damage identification of current operational processes in the organization which allows managers to be aware of the current issues and problems of their organization. The process of supplying items and distribution as one of the most important issues of the organization is of undeniable importance and necessity. The aim of this study is to identify the supply and distribution system of decentralized food items in a military-law enforcement center based on the three- pronged model. Therefore, research is descriptive in terms of practical results. To measure the variables, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, the content validity of which was confirmed by experts, and Cronbach’s questionnaire was calculated for the final measurement. The sample studied in this research includes all managers and logistics experts due to the limited number of statistical population. The main results show that the underlying factors are appropriate and the structural factors are inappropriate, including instructions, planning, process and purchase method, manpower and budget. After identifying the weaknesses of the supply and distribution system, the necessary suggestions have been provided to improve this system.
