چكيده فارسي :
امروزه به كمك فنّاوري هاي نوين، ارتباطات در همه جا ممكن گرديده است. رايانش ابري پديده نوظهوري است كه به كمك اينترنت خدمات و كاربردهاي متنوع و نوآورانه اي براي كسب و كارها، افراد و دولت ها، فراهم ساخته است. در چند سال اخير اين فنّاوري مورد توجه صاحب نظران لجستيك و زنجيره تأمين قرار گرفته و معتقدند كه به كارگيري اين فنّاوري مي تواند باعث بهبود در فرآيندهاي كاركردي لجستيك شود. با اين رويكرد، پژهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش ميانجي يكپارچگي لجستيك در ارتباط با رايانش ابري و عملكرد سامانه آماد يكي از سازمان هاي نظامي-انتظامي كشور انجام شد. پژوهش پيش رو از ديد هدف كاربردي است؛ و از نظر ماهيت و روش، پژوهشي توصيفي - پيمايشي از نوع همبستگي به شمار مي‌رود؛ براي جمع آوري داده‌هاي مؤلفه‌‌هاي تحقيق از پرسشنامه‌هاي استاندارد بومي‌سازي شده بهره جسته شد. هم‌چنين از جنبة زماني، مقطعي و از نگاه نوع داده‌ها، پژوهشي كمي به‌شمار مي‌رود. روش نمونه گيري در اين تحقيق به صورت تصادفي ساده مي‌باشد. جامعه‌ي آماري تحقيق 440 نفر از كاركنان آمادي و فنّاوري اطّلاعات مي‌باشد كه با توجه به تعيين حجم نمونه از روش كوكران، تعداد جامعه نمونه 206 نفر برآورد گرديد به منظور سنجش پايايي، ميزان ضريب اعتماد با روش آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شد. كه نتايج پايايي رايانش ابري، يكپارچگي لجستيك و عملكرد سامانه آماد به ترتيب 0/865، 0/817 و 0/831 را نشان داد. اين اعداد گوياي اين است كه پرسشنامه از قابليت اعتماد و به بيان ديگر، از پايايي لازم برخوردار است. شايان ذكر است، هيچ سؤالي به دليل نامناسب بودن داده ها و عدم تبيين واريانس متغير مربوط به آن، از مجموع سؤال ها حذف نشد. روايي سؤال‌ها نيز به كمك اعتبار عاملي سنجيده شد. داده‌هاي تحقيق بوسيله مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري ترم‌افزار ليزرل 8/54 مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه رايانش ابري به صورت مستقيم و غير مستقيم از بوسيله يكپارچگي لجستيك بر عملكرد سامانه آمادي تأثير دارد؛ بنابراين، نتيجه گيري مي شود هر چه قدر يكپارچگي لجستيك بهبود يابد تأثير رايانش ابري بر عملكرد سامانه آماد بيشتر خواهد شد. لذا پيشنهاد مي گردد به فنّاوري يارانش ابري در سيستم آماد توجه گردد كه هم به صورت مستقيم و هم از طريق تقويت يكپارچگي لجستيك باعث بهبود مؤلفه هاي عملكرد (كيفيت – انعطاف پذيري - تحويل) خواهد شد.

Today, with the help of new technologies, communication is possible everywhere. Cloud computing is an emerging phenomenon which provides diverse and innovative services and applications with the help[of internet for businesses, individuals and governments, In recent years this technology has been of interest to scholars logistics and supply chain and they believe that the use of this technology can improve logistics processes. With this approach, the present study aimed to investigate the role of mediator in relation to cloud computing and the function of the logistics system in one of the military-police organizations. The present study is an applied research, the nature and methods are descriptive - surveying and it is considered correlational. Localized standard questionnaires was utilized For collecting the data of components research. In terms of sectional time and the look at the data type, this research is considered quantitative. In this study, sampling is random. The research population includes 440 personnel of logistics and technical information organizations that according to the method of Cochran the sample population was estimated at 206. In order to assess the reliability, alpha reliability coefficient is calculated by Cronbach’s method The results of the reliability of cloud computing, integration of logistics and supply system performance, showed respectively, 0/865, 0/817 and 0/831. These numbers show the reliability of the questionnaire, in other words, the reliability is necessary.it is interesting to say that no question was removed due to inappropriate data and inadequacy to determine the variance in the data related to its variable. Content validity was assessed with the assistance of the credibility factor. Data analyzed were by structural equation modeling software LISREL 8/54. The findings showed that cloud computing directly and indirectly influenced the integration of logistics system performance. Therefore, it is concluded that the more improved logistics integration are, the more impact of cloud computing on the performance of logistics system we have. Therefore it is recommended to pay more attention to cloud computing in logistics system which can both directly and by strengthening the integration of logistics causes improvement in component performance (quality - flexibility - delivery).
