ارزيابي وضعيت دو سوتواني زنجيره تأمين در آماد يك سازمان نظامي - انتظامي

An evaluation of conditions of the two-way supply chain in the logistics of a military-police organization

دوسوتواني ضرورتي است كه زنجيره تأمين سازمان­ ها را توانمند مي­ كند كه بهتر خود را با تغييرات محيطي كسب‌ و كاري هماهنگ كنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي وضعيت دوسوتواني زنجيره تأمين در آماد يك سازمان نظامي-انتظامي انجام ‌شده است. اين تحقيق از حيث هدف، يك تحقيق كاربردي و از جهت نحوه گردآوري داده‌ها از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي- پيمايشي به شمار مي‌آيد. جامعه آماري پژوهش دربرگيرنده فرماندهان و مديران يكي از سازمان­ هاي دفاعي مستقر در استان تهران به تعداد 110 نفر مي‌باشد كه استفاده از فرمول كوكران 85 نفر به ‌عنوان اعضاي نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه دوسوتواني زنجيره تأمين وامبا و همكاران كه شامل دو بعد چابكي و انطباق­ پذيري مي ­باشد مطابق با اهداف، وظايف و رسالت سازمان هدف اصلاح و بازنگري گرديد. روايي پرسشنامه‌ها بر اساس نظرات خبرگان و پايايي آن‌ها نيز با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. در تحليل داده‌ها با توجه به نرمال بودن توزيع داده‌ها از آزمون­‌ پارامتريك (تي­ تك­ نمونه) استفاده‌ شده است. نتايج آزمون فرضيات پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد آماد سازمان مورد مطالعه داراي دوسوتواني قابل قبولي مي‌باشد.

Two-way supply chain necessitates the supply chain of organizations to better adapt themselves with environmental changes in business. The aim of this study was to evaluate the status of the two-way supply chain in the logistics of a military-service organization. In terms of purpose, this is an applied research and in terms of how data is collected, it is a descriptive-surveying research. The statistical population of the study includes commanders and managers of one of the defense organizations based in Tehran province with 110 people. Using the Cochran’s formula, 85 people were selected as sample members. To gather information, the two-way supply chain questionnaire of wamba and his colleagues, which includes two dimensions of agility and adaptability, was modified and revised in accordance with the objectives, tasks and mission of the target organization, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed based on the opinions of the experts and their reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. In data analysis, due to the normality of distribution, a parametric test (T-single sample) has been used. The results of the research hypotheses test indicate that the logistics of the study organization has an acceptable two-way supply chain.
