بررسي تأثير رهبري تحول گرا بر هماهنگي زنجيره تأمين با نقش ميانجي يادگيري سازماني

Investigating the effect of transformational leadership on the coordination of supply chain with the mediating role of organizational learning

اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي تأثير رهبري تحول گرا بر هماهنگي زنجيره تأمين با نقش ميانجي يادگيري سازماني (مورد مطالعه: شركت پتروشيمي رازي ماهشهر) انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه كارشناسان، مديران وكارمندان ستادي در شركت پتروشيمي رازي ماهشهر مي باشد. تعداد افراد اين جامعه در حدود 570 نفر است. نمونه آماري پژوهش حاضر بر اساس تناسب حجم نمونه با جمعيت مورد مطالعه و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران به تعداد 230 نفر انتخاب شدند. اين تحقيق در زمرة تحقيقات توصيفي - پيمايشي و از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي قرار دارد كه جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده است. مقدار ضريب پايايي براي اين تحقيق به كمك آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه و در تمامي موارد ميزان آلفاي كرونباخ براي كل پرسشنامه ها 0/90. بوده كه از لحاظ آماري مورد تأييد است. داده ها پس از جمع آوري به كمك نرم افزارهاي ليزرل و اس.پي.اس.اس نسخه 22 مورد تحليل قرار گرفته و از اين رو نتيجه گيري شد كه رهبري تحول گرا بر هماهنگي زنجيره تأمين با نقش ميانجي يادگيري سازماني در شركت پتروشيمي رازي ماهشهرتأثير دارد. همچنين، رهبري تحول گرا بر هماهنگي زنجيره تأمين در شركت پتروشيمي رازي ماهشهر تأثير مثبت و معني داري دارد و در نهايت رهبري تحول گرا بر يادگيري سازماني در شركت پتروشيمي رازي ماهشهرتأثير مثبت و معني داري دارد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on the coordination of supply chain with the mediating role of organizational learning (case study: Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company). The statistical population of this study is all experts, managers and staff of Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company. The population of this community is about 570 people. The statistical sample of the present study was selected based on the proportion of sample size with the studied population and 230 people were selected using Cochran’s formula. This is an applied research and this research is descriptive-surveying in which the structural equation has been used for data analysis. The reliability coefficient for this study was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha and in all cases the Cronbach’s alpha for the total questionnaires was 0.09 which has been statistically confirmed. The data were analyzed after collection using Lisrel and Spss software version 22, and therefore it was concluded that transformational leadership has an effect on supply chain coordination with the mediating role of organizational learning in Razi Mahshahr Petrochemical Company. Transformational leadership also has a positive and significant effect on the coordination of supply chain in Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company. Finally, transformation of leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning in Razi Petrochemical Company, which indicates that all research hypotheses are approved.
