چكيده فارسي :
هدف: تعيين مؤلفه‌هاي مؤثر بر انتخاب و بازيابي تصاوير در شبكه‌هاي خبري به‌منظور بازيابي سريع‌تر و دقيق‌تر تصاوير در آرشيوهاي تصويري خبر در سازمان صداوسيماي جمهوري اسلامي ايران.
روش / رويكرد پژوهش: روش پژوهش اسنادي و كتاب‌خانه‌اي است و داده‌ها از منابع آرشيوي و كتاب‌خانه‌اي گردآوري و تحليل شده‌اند.
يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: براي پيشگيري از آلودگي و از دست رفتن تصويرهاي خبري، آرشيو تصويري حتما بايد خط‌مشي مدون داشته باشد وكارگروه گزينش تصاوير بر اساس همين خط‌مشي تشكيل شود و بر اساس معيارهاي آن عمل كند. معيارهاي مهم عبارتند از نياز كاربران، ارزش محتوا، ارزش برنامه‌سازي بنيادي، ارزش برنامه‌سازي مجدد، و ارزش تاريخي. چون موضوع روزآمدي و پاسخگويي سريع آرشيوهاي خبري بسيار اهميت دارد، لازم است حداقل هر دو سال يكبار تصاوير گردآمده ارزيابي و در صورت نياز وجين، جايگزين و روزآمد شود. نياز سنجي و نظرسنجي مستمر ازكاربران سامانه نيز بسيار اهميت دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: To investigate the factors affecting the selection and retrieval of images in
news networks for faster and more accurate retrieval of images in the News Archive of
the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting.
Methodology & Design Research: The research method is documentary and library
research and data is collected and analyzed from archival and library sources.
Conclusion and Findings: In order to prevent pollution and information loss in retrieving
news images, it is necessary that every video archive has a written policy. The
image selection working group should be formed and images should be selected based
on the criteria set in the policy. Important criteria for selecting news images are: user
needs, content value, fundamental programming value, re-programming value, and
historical value. As the updating and quick response is so important for news archives,
periodic evaluation (at least once every two years) is needed and weeding, replacement,
and updating should be carried out on a regular basis. Also, ongoing assessment of the
needs and the views of the user group Is a must.
