چكيده فارسي :
هدف از اين مطالعه ارزيابي رقابت پذيري گردشگري كشورهاي خاورميانه به لحاظ برخورداري از زيرساخت هاي حمل و نقل هوايي، زميني و بندري و خدمات گردشگري است. اين ارزيابي در دو مرحله انجام شده است. اول، امتياز كشورها به طور جداگانه در هر زيرساخت با استفاده از مدل پرومته محاسبه شده است. دوم، وضعيت كلي كشورها محاسبه و امتيازات بدست آمده در سال 2015 و 2017 مقايسه شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه زير ساخت‌هاي زميني و بندري به نسبت زيرساخت حمل و نقل هوايي و زيرساخت خدمات گردشگري در بين كشورهاي خاورميانه از وضعيت بهتري برخوردار است. همچنين يافته ها حاكي از آن دارد كه به جز كشور قبرس همه كشورهاي مورد مطالعه روند رو به بالايي در توسعه زيرساخت هاي حمل و نقل گردشگري به نسبت سال 2015 داشته اند با اين حال تنها كشورهاي امارات متحده عربي، تركيه، عربستان سعودي و قطر از وضعيت مطلوبي برخوردارند. كشور امارات متحده عربي در هر دو دوره در صدر كشورهاي بهره مند از زيرساخت حمل و نقل گردشگري خاورميانه قرار داشته است. خروجي اين پژوهش مي تواند راهبردي براي برنامه ريزان توسعه گردشگري در كشورهاي خاورميانه و به ويژه ايران ارايه دهد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study assessing the competitiveness of tourism in the Middle East Due to the Air transport infrastructure, land and port and tourism services. This assessment is
done in two steps. First, country scores are calculated separately in each infrastructure
using the Promethee model. Second, the overall situation of countries is calculated and the
rates achieved in 2015 and 2017 are compared. The research findings showed the land and
port infrastructure is better than the infrastructure of the air transportation and tourism
services infrastructure in the Middle East. The findings also suggest that Except for
Cyprus, all of the studied countries have had a steady upward trend in the development of
transport infrastructure and tourism in comparison to 2015. However, only the United Arab
Emirates, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar are in a good position. The United Arab
Emirates has been at the forefront of the Middle East Transport and Tourism Infrastructure
for both. The output of this research can provide a strategy for tourism development
planners in the Middle East and especially Iran.
