چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﺪانﮔﺮاﯾﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻃﻔﺮهروي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ در اﻧﺠﺎم ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﻓﻮقﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ورزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪارس ﺑﻮد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ و در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﻮﺗﺎ )2009(، ﻃﻔﺮه-روي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺳﯿﻤﺰ و ﻧﯿﮑﻮل )2014( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ وﺟﺪانﮔﺮاﯾﯽ ﻗﺮﺑﺎﻧﯽزاده )1395( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﻣﺪارس ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺎﺷﺎن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ 69 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺗﯽ ﺗﮏ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه، ﺗﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ، آﻧﻮا، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ )روﯾﮑﺮد ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﯿﺰان ﻃﻔﺮهروي و ﻧﯿﺰ وﺟﺪانﮔﺮاﯾﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺑﻮده وﻟﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻗﺮار داﺷﺖ. ﻣﯿﺰان ﻃﻔﺮهروي، وﺟﺪانﮔﺮاﯾﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن زن و ﻣﺮد ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ، ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع اﺳﺘﺨﺪام )ﭘﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ و رﺳﻤﯽ(، ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﻣﯿﺰان ﻃﻔﺮهروي، وﺟﺪانﮔﺮاﯾﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ و درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ وﺟﺪانﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﻣﺪرك ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺮ ﻃﻔﺮهروي دارد ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ وﺟﺪانﮔﺮاﯾﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ واﺳﻄﻪ ارﺗﻘﺎي ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ در ﺷﻐﻞ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻫﺮ ﭼﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖﺑﺪﻧﯽ در ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي قﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ورزﺷﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this paper was to investigate the relationship of conscientiousness and job satisfaction with the organizational loafing of physical education teachers in performing extracurricular sports activities in schools. The research method was a descriptive survey and in this regard, the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Standard questionnaire (2009), Sims and Nicole (2014), and the Ghorbanizade Conscientiousness questionnaire (1395) were used. The statistical sample included physical education teachers at Kashan, which was considered as 69. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression (stepwise approach) were used. The most important findings of the research showed that the level of loafing and conscientiousness of teachers was favorable, but the level of job satisfaction was moderate. There was no significant difference between male and female teachers in terms of social loafing, conscientiousness and job satisfaction. In addition, according to the type of employment (formal and contractual), there was no significant difference between the loafing, conscientiousness and satisfaction. As a result, the promotion of career development’ opportunities and increased job satisfaction, leads to the participation of more and more physical education teachers in sports supplements activities.
