چكيده فارسي :
در پاسخ اينكه اقتدار استاد در آموزش از منظر اخلاقي چگونه است ديدگاه امام سجاد راهگشاست. بررسي توصيفي ـ تحليلي ديدگاه امام سجاد در رساله حقوقيه نشان مي‌دهد نوع رابطه‌اي بين معلم و متعلم به‌واسطه ويژگي بهره‌مندي علمي و دانشي، هدايت‌بخشي و ارزشمندي معنوي در رابطه با متعلم داراي جايگاه ارزشي خاص است كه به‌واسطه ايجاد «مسئوليت» براي استاد و «حق» براي شاگردان محقق مي‌شود. براساس اين ديدگاه مي‌توان مرتبه‌اي از يك نوع «ولايت» علمي و معنوي را براي استاد منظور ساخت كه اقتدار استاد را وارد نگاهي مسئولانه و امانت‌انگارانه مي‌سازد كه نتيجه‌اش دوري از آسيب‌هايي چون خودمحوري، تحكم و سوءاستفاده و بهره‌مندي از عناصر اخلاقي چون مهرورزي، دلسوزي و نگاه مسئولانه است. در پرتو چنين رابطه طرفيني بين معلم و متعلم است كه مبتني بر مباني اسلامي مسير تعليم و تربيت به شكل توأمان طي شده و اهداف آموزش محقق خواهد شد.
چكيده لاتين :
In response to what the teacher’s authority is in teaching from a moral point of view, Imam Sajjadchr('39')s stance is helpful. Descriptive-analytical study of Imam Sajjadchr('39')s view in the Legal Treatise shows that the type of relationship between the teacher and the learner due to the characteristics of scientific productivity, guiding and spiritual value in relation to the learner has a special place of value, which is achieved as “responsibility” for the teacher and as “right” for the students. Based on this conviction, a level of a kind of scientific and spiritual “guardianship” can be considered for the teacher, which puts the teacher’s authority into a responsible and trustworthy view, resulting in avoidance of such harms as self-centeredness, commanding and abuse, and the use of moral elements such as compassion, sympathy and a responsible attitude. It is in light of such a two-way relationship between the teacher and the learner that the path of education is traversed on the base of Islamic bases and instructional objectives are materialized.
