بررسي علل قانون گريزي موتورسيكلت سواران در استفاده از كلاه ايمني با استفاده از مدل سه شاخگي

Investigating the escaping law causes of motorcyclists in the use of helmets using the triaxial model

امروزه در كشور ايران حدود 25 درصد از آمار كشته شدگان تصادفات را موتورسواران تشكيل مي دهند كه برابر گزارش هاي پزشكي قانوني، علت مرگ بيش از نيمي از موتورسواران، ضربه به سر عنوان شده است كه در صورت استفاده صحيح از كلاه ايمني، اين تعداد تلفات به مقدار قابل ملاحظه اي كاهش خواهد يافت. به اين منظور، اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي علل قانون گريزي راكبان موتورسيكلت در استفاده از كلاه ايمني و كمك به تصميم گيران جهت تنظيم برنامه هاي افزايش استفاده از كلاه ايمني صورت گرفته است. روش اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي است؛ زيرا ارتباط بين متغيرهايي را كه در ادبيات پژوهش شناسايي شده اند، در جامعه خاص مورد آزمون قرار مي دهد و از نظر شيوه جمع آوري و تحليل داده ها، يك پژوهش توصيفي تحليلي از نوع پيمايشي (ميداني) با رويكرد پژوهش تركيبي و نيز از حيث ماهيت، يك پژوهش هم بستگي است كه سعي در شناسايي رابطه بين دو متغير اصلي، مدل سه شاخگي و قانون گريزي موتورسواران در استفاده از كلاه ايمني دارد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، مديران راهبردي و امنيتي در حوزه ترافيكي مي باشند. حجم نمونه آماري، 60 نفر از اين مديران مي باشند كه به صورت تمام شمار انتخاب گرديده اند. جهت بررسي نظرات مديران ترافيكي، پرسش نامه اي محقق ساخته تهيه شده و داده هاي جمع آوري شده نيز توسط آزمون هم بستگي اسپيرمن تحليل گرديده است. يافته ها تجزيه وتحليل داده ها نشان داد كه هر سه فرضيه پژوهش تاييد گرديده و مجموعه عوامل رفتاري، ساختاري و زمينه اي در قانون گريزي موتورسيكلت سواران در استفاده از كلاه ايمني تاثير دارند و عوامل زمينه اي تا حد بيشتري از متوسط در قانون گريزي موتورسيكلت سواران در استفاده از كلاه ايمني موثر هستند و در مقايسه با عوامل ساختاري و رفتاري، به تقويت و بررسي بيشتري نياز دارند. پيشنهادها با توجه به اهميت روزافزون سيستم هاي هوشمند حمل ونقل، متاسفانه در كشور ما، برابر نتايج اين پژوهش، استفاده بهينه از اين سيستم ها داراي كمترين تاثير را در جلوگيري از قانون گريزي موتورسيكلت سواران دارد كه با راهكارهاي مناسب از قبيل نوع شماره گذاري موتورسيكلت ها و... مي توان حداكثر بهره برداري را از امكانات هوشمند موجود نمود.

Today, in Iran country, about 25 percent of all fatalities are motorcyclists that according to forensic reports, more than half of motorcyclists died due to hit on head that if the helmet is properly used, the number of casualties will be significantly reduced. For this purpose,, this study aimed to investigate the causes of lawlessness of Motorcyclists in the use of helmets and to assist decision makers to adjust programs to increase the use of helmet. Method This study is practical in terms of purpose; Because of the relationship between the variables identified in the research literature, it tests in a particular community and in terms of data collection and analysis method , a descriptive-analytical research in type of survey (field) with combined research approach and also a correlation study in terms of nature that tries to identify the relationship between the two main variables, the triaxial model and lawlessness of Motorcyclists in the use of helmets. The statistical population of this study is strategic and security managers in the traffic are. The statistical sample size is 60 of these managers who have been selected in all numbers. In order to evaluate the traffic managers' opinions, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared and the data collected was analyzed by Spearman correlation test. Findings Data analysis showed that all three research hypotheses were confirmed and a combination of behavioral, structural and contextual factors influence in escaping Law of motorcyclists in the use of helmets and contextual factors are more effective to a greater than average degree in escaping Law of motorcyclists in the use of helmets and compared to structural and behavioral factors they need more strengthening and investigating. Suggestions Given the increasing importance of intelligent transportation systems, unfortunately in our country, according to the results of this study, optimal use of these systems has the least effect on preventing from escaping law of motorcyclists that with appropriate solutions such as motorcycles numbering and ... , maximum utilization can be achieved the most of from the existing smart features.
