امنيت به عنوان يكي از نيازهاي اساسي جامعه در ساختارهاي شهري به شمار رفته و از اهميت ويژه اي به واسطه دربرگيري احساس آرامش و آسايش محيطي براي شهروندان برخوردار مي باشد.از اين رو در مطالعات و پژوهش هاي شهري همواره امنيت به عنوان يكي از شاخ صهاي مهم كيفيت زندگي مورد توجه برنامه ريزان و شهرسازان قرار گرفته و در اين خصوص نظريه هاي متنوعي نيز ارائه شده است. كه از مهمترين آنها نظريه حضرت امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) مي باشد ابن تحقيق با هدف دستيابي به الگوي رفتار فردي مطلوب نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مبتني بر فرامين و تدابير حضرت امام خامنه‌اي(مد ظله العالي) به نگارش در آمده است.تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع، كاربردي، و به روش توصيفي، تحليلي انجام شده است. جامعته آماري شامل متن كليه بيانات، خطبه‌ها، نامه‌ها، احكام، تدابير و فرامين حضرت امام خامنه‌اي (مدظله‌‌العالي) تا سال 1395 و استفاده از خبرگان با شرايط پيش‌بيني‌شده كه تعداد 70 نفر احصاء شده‌اند.. .پس از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نتايج به اين صورت است كه در بعد الگوهاي رفتار فردي هفت شاخص احصاء و مشخص گرديد كه در آراء حضرت امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) ،مولفه هايي چون انگيزش و ادراك و ارزشها و رضايت شغلي از اهميت بيشتري برخوردارند.

The police mission requires it to be at the heart of people’s lives. The mission of the police force and the constant and continuous communication of its employees with different segments of the people have special subtleties and sensitivities, and it is important from different aspects and dimensions. These characteristics have led by the Supreme Leader. In his statements to the commanders of the police force, he said that they should be reminded of the importance of this connection and consider it as one of the distinguishing features of the police force from other agencies. Ibn Pajuhesh (institute) has been written with the aim of achieving the desired organizational behavior pattern of the law enforcement force of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the orders and measures of Imam Khamenei. The present study is applied, developmental in terms of purpose and has been mixed and described in a descriptive, analytical, correlational and case-by-case manner. The statistical population includes the text of all statements, sermons, letters, rulings, measures and orders of Imam Khamenei until 2016 and the use of experts with the foreseen conditions that 70 people have been counted. The results of the research show that this model has three dimensions and twelve components and 78 indicators
