زنان و دگرگوني هاي آينده؛ تحليلي بر تصاوير ذهني دختران متولد دهه 1370 از آينده

Women and future transformations; an analysis of images of the future in the minds of women born in 1370s

در دنيايي كه تغيير وجه مشخص و ثابت آن است، تغييرات نسلي سرعت بيشتري گرفته اند و نسل به مفهومي با عمر كوتاه تر از يك دهه تبديل شده است. متولدان هر دهه سبك زندگي متفاوتي دارند، نيازهايشان متفاوت است و خواسته ها و آرزوهاي ديگري دارند. از اين منظر، مطالعه در ويژگي ها و نگرش هاي يك نسل و مطالعات ميان نسلي براي فهم بهتر رفتارهاي اجتماعي و نحوه ساخت واقعيت اجتماعي آينده ضروري است. پژوهش حاضر مطالعه اي آينده پژوهانه است كه به كشف كلان روايت هاي شكل دهنده به تصاوير آينده در ذهن دختران دانشجوي متولد دهه 1370 پرداخته است. داده هاي اين پژوهش از مصاحبه هاي نيمه ساختاريافته به دست آمده و با روش هاي كيفي تحليل مضمون و تحليل روايت، تجزيه و تحليل شده اند. نتايج تحقيق نشان دهنده 8 كلانروايت از آينده در ذهن مصاحبه شوندگان است. اين كلان روايت ها به ترتيب: 1. گام هاي كوچك و تغييرات تدريجي، 2. گذر از زندگي سنتي به زندگي مدرن، 3. اجتماع بي آينده، 4. رنگ من، 5. بهشت وطن، 6. سهم خواهي زنانه، 7. آينده بي جنسيت و 8. هميشه مادر نام گرفتند. در نهايت، يافته هاي اين مقاله نشان ميدهد كه هر چند مصاحبه شوندگان مانند اكثر جوانان دنيا با دو مقوله نااميدي اجتماعي و فردگرايي به عنوان تصاوير منفي از آينده مواجه اند، سه روايت آينده بي جنسيت، پذيرش نقش مادري و تصوير مثبت از آينده ايران نشان دهنده نقش سازنده زنان متولد دهه هفتاد در آينده كشور است.

In a world where change is the unchanged rule, generational changes are faster and the term "generation" has become a concept which is only used for a decade. Each generation has different lifestyles, their needs are different and they have other desires and wishes. From this perspective, the study of the characteristics and attitudes of a generations and intergenerational studies is essential for a better understanding of social behaviors and the way in which future social reality is constructed. The present study as a futuristic study explores the images of the future in the minds of female students born in the 1370s decade. The data of this research were obtained through semi-structured interviews and analyzed by qualitative methods of thematic analysis and narrative analysis. The results of the research show that 8 macro narratives create images of the future in the minds of Interviewees. These macro narratives are as follows: 1. Small steps and gradual changes; 2. the transition from traditional to modern life; 3. Social without future; 4. my color; 5. Paradise Homeland; 6. Female participation; 7. future without gender and 8. Mother forever. Finally, the findings of this paper show that although interviewees, like most young people in the world, face two categories of social disappointment and individualism as negative images of the future; however, 3 narratives include future without gender, acceptance of the role of motherhood and a positive image of Iran's future reflects the constructive role of women born in the 70s in the future of the country.
