بررسي سيستم‌آبياري فضاي سبز با رويكرد مديريت وحفظ منابع آب (مطالعه موردي: فضاي سبز شهرستان ابهر)

Survey of Irrigation Systems Management in Landscape in Abhar Township

هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي مديريت سيستم‌هاي آبياري در فضاي سبز شهرستان ابهر از ديدگاه كارشناسان مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي‌ـ‌ همبستگي و تحليلي مي‌باشد كه به روش پيمايشي انجام شد. مهندسين، كارشناسان و ناظران فضاي سبز شهرستان ابهر، جامعه آماري اين تحقيق بودند(65N=) كه به دليل حجم كوچك و محدود جامعه، از روش سرشماري مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه‌اي است كه روايي آن را اساتيد و صاحب‌نظران و پايايي از طريق آزمون مقدماتي با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 8164/0تاييد شد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه از ديدگاه كارشناسان، مديريت سيستم‌هاي آبياري فضاي سبز شهرستان ابهر كه از تلفيق متغيرهاي طراحي، اجرا، بهره‌برداري و نگهداري سيستم‌هاي آبياري فضاي سبز به دست آمده است، در سطح بالايي قرار دارد. بررسي رابطه همبستگي بين متغير وابسته مديريت آبياري فضاي سبز و متغيرهاي مستقل نشان مي دهد كه بين متغيرهاي مستقل عامل مديريتي، فني، اقتصادي، آموزشي، سازماني با متغير وابسته رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج تحليل رگرسيون، بيان مي كند كه از بين متغيرهاي مستقل معني‌دار، سه متغير عامل مديريتي، عامل فني و عامل آموزشي اثرگذارترين متغيرهاي مستقل بودند كه به طور تعاملي 64/0 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته تحقيق را تبيين مي‌كنند.

The purpose of this research was the survey of irrigation systems management in the landscape in Abhar Township from the view of experts. The type of research is descriptive-correlation and analytical research that is done through survey method. Statistical population of research is engineers, experts and observers of the landscape that they are 65 persons that they collected by census method as the statistical population, because of a small and limited population. The main tool of this research is a questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by using the panel of experts and masters in the irrigation systems management field and its reliability is done through pre_test (Cronbach alpha= 0.8164). Research findings showed that irrigation systems management in the landscape is at a high level from the view of experts. This variable is obtained from compilating of design, implementation, operation, and maintenance irrigation systems management in the landscape. The results of the research shown that exist a significant positive correlation between management factor, the technical factor, the educational factor, the institutional and organizational factors and the economic factors with irrigation systems management in the landscape. The results of analysis regression are indicated to three variables, management factor, the technical factor, and the educational factor well explain for 64/0% changes in irrigation systems management in the landscape.
