چكيده فارسي :
ويروس كوتولگي گوجه (Prune dwarf virus= PDV) متعلق به جنس Ilarvirus و خانواده Bromoviridaeميباشد. اين ويروس يكي از مهمترين عوامل بيماريزاي درختان ميوه هسته دار در جهان است. به منظور تعيين پراكنش و رديابي ويروس كوتولگي گوجه در باغهاي درختان هسته دار استان فارس تعداد 679 نمونه طي دو سال زراعي 1392 و 1393 از نمونه هاي برگي با علائم پيچيدگي، بدشكلي، پارگي برگ و موزائيك از درختان هلو، آلو، زردآلو و بادام جمع آوري گرديد. نمونه ها پس از جمع آوري و انتقال به آزمايشگاه بوسيله آزمون سرولوژيك اليزاي مستقيم (DAS-ELISA) و توسط آنتيسرم اختصاصي ويروس مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج آزمون اليزا نشان داد كه تقريبا تمام باغهاي استان به اين ويروس آلوده هستند و تعداد 213 نمونه آلوده به ويروس تشخيص داده شدند. طبق اين نتايج درصد آلودگي نمونه هاي جمع آوري شده در باغات شيراز 1/19، كوار 92/45، جهرم10، زرقان 57/38، سپيدان 05/21، نيريز 23/9 و سروستان 71/10 بود. همچنين درصد آلودگي در ميزبانهاي علائم دار مختلف هلو 07/46، شليل 52/14، آلو 75/38، بادام 84/9 و زردآلو 45/5 است. اين اولين گزارش از ويروس كوتولگي آلو در استان فارس است و شليل براي اولين بار از ايران به عنوان ميزبان گزارش ميگردد.

Prune dwarf virus (PDV) belongs to the genus Ilarvirus, Family Bromoviridae. This virus is one of the most important pathogens of stone fruit trees worldwide. To detect and determine the distribution of Prune dwarf virus in the orchards of stone fruit trees in Fars Province, 679 leaf samples showing symptoms of deformation, twisting and mosaic were collected from peach, plum, apricot and almond trees during two crop years, 2014 and 2015. The samples were tested by DAS-ELISA for the presence of PDV. The results of ELISA test showed that nearly all of the orchards are infected (213 out of 679 samples). According to the results, infection percentages were 19.1%, 45.92%, 10%, 38.57%, 21.05%, 9.23% and 10.71% in Shiraz, Kavar, Jahrom, Zarghan, Sepidan, Neyriz and Sarvestan, respectively. Also, infection percentages among symptomatic samples were 46.07, 14.52, 38.75, 9.84 and 5.45% in peach, nectarine, plum, almond and apricot, respectively. This is the first report of Prune dwarf virus from Fars province and nectarine as host from Iran.
