اثر كاربرد كود دامي و زيستي بر عملكرد و اجزاي عملكرد ماش رقم گوهر در منطقه خرم‌آباد

Effect of manure and biological fertilizer on yield and yield components of mung bean cv. Gohar in Khorramabad region

به منظور بررسي اثر كود دامي و كودهاي زيستي نيتروكسين و بيوسوپرفسفات بر عملكرد و اجزاي عملكرد ماش رقم گوهر، آزمايشي به صورت فاكتوريل در قالب طرح بلوك­ كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار در منطقه خرم آباد اجرا شد. تيمارهاي مورد بررسي شامل كاربرد كود دامي گاوي در سه سطح عدم مصرف، 10 و 20 تن در هكتار قبل از كاشت و تلقيح بذر با كودهاي زيستي نيتروكسين و بيوسوپرفسفات به­ صورت بذرمال به ميزان 1 ليتر در هر 10 كيلوگرم بذر بود كه به ­صورت جداگانه و در تلفيق با هم انجام شد. اثر كود دامي بر عملكرد دانه، عملكرد بيولوژيك و شاخص برداشت و اثر متقابل كاربرد كود دامي و تلقيح كودهاي زيستي بر تعداد غلاف در بوته، تعداد دانه در غلاف، تعداد دانه در بوته، وزن هزار دانه، عملكرد دانه، عملكرد بيولوژيك و شاخص برداشت معني ­دار بود. كاربرد تلفيقي كودهاي زيستي و كود دامي گاوي با افزايش عناصر موجود در خاك و بهبود رشد و توسعه اندام­ هاي فتوسنتز كننده گياه همراه بوده و سبب افزايش عملكرد و اجزاي عملكرد در ماش گرديد. بنابراين، استفاده از كودهاي زيستي به همراه كود گاوي به ميزان 20 تن در هكتار براي دستيابي به عملكرد مطلوب در ماش در منطقه خرم ­آباد توصيه مي شود.

To investigate the effect of manure and biological fertilizers of nitroxin and biosuperphosphate on yield and yield components of mung bean cv. Gohar, an experiment was conducted in factorial based on randomized complete block design with three replications in Khorramabad region. The examined treatments included application of cow manure at three levels of control, 10 and 20 t/ha added to soil before planting, and seed inoculation with bio-fertilizers of nitroxin and biosuperphosphate in the rate of 1 L/10 kg of seed, applied separately and in combination with each other. The effect of manure on grain and biological yield, harvest index, and interaction of manure and biological fertilizers had significant effect on the number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, thousand kernel weight, grain and biological yield and harvest index. Combination of biofertilizers with cow manure increased soil elements amount and improved growth and development of photosynthetic organs and resulted in yield and yield components increment in mung bean. Therefore, application of biological fertilizers combined with 20 ton/ha cow manure is recommended for achieving desirable mung bean yield in Khorramabad region.
