تحليل اكتشافي و عاملي مقياس هوش معنوي كينگ براي معلمان‌هاي‌‌ دبيرستان شهر تهران‌‌

Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis King spiritual intelligance scale for high school theachers in Tehran

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر بررسي ساختار عاملي سازه‌هاي مقياس هوش معنوي كينگ براي معلمان دبيرستان‌هاي تهران بود. نمونه آماري شامل 306 نفر از معلمان زني بودند كه در سال 1393 در دبيرستان‌هاي تهران تدريس مي‌كردند. در اين تحقيق از روش تصادفي چند مرحله‌اي براي نمونه گيري از دبيرستانهاي شهر تهران استفاده شد .ساختار عاملي مقياس هوش معنوي با استفاده از دو شيوه تحليل عامل اكتشافي و تحليل عامل تاييدي بررسي شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه پرسشنامه از همساني دروني قابل قبولي برخوردار است و ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/907 است. نتايج تحليل مولفه‌هاي اصلي با استفاده از چرخش دوراني پنج عامل را استخراج كرد. همچنين براي تعيين روايي عاملي از تحليل عاملي تأييدي استفاده شد، كه تحليل عاملي تأييدي مؤيد اين است كه ساختار پرسشنامه برازش قابل قبولي با داده‌ها دارد و كليه شاخص‌هاي نيكويي برازش، مدل را تأييد مي‌كنند. يافته‌هاي تحليل عاملي، تقريباً مشابه تحقيقات انجام گرفته در فرهنگ اصلي است .تنها در تعداد عوامل استخراجي در چرخش دوراني با پژوهش‌هاي گذشته همخوان نيست. ضرايب پايايي و روايي نيز به نتايج تحقيقات پيشين نزديك بود. بنابراين با توجه به خصوصيات روان‌سنجي مطلوب، اين پرسشنامه ابزار مناسبي براي سنجش هوش معنوي معلمان است.

This study examined the factor structure of the scale structure of King spiritual intelligance among high school theachers in Tehran. The sample consisted of 306 theachers that teach in high school who was a multi -stage random sampling of the schools in Tehran. scale spiritual intelligence factor structure using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted in two ways. The results showed that the internal consistency is acceptable Cronbach's alpha coefficients0/907.by using Varimax rotation five factors were structed . The confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the results of the confirmatory factor analysis suggest that the structure of the questionnaire was acceptable fit to the data and all goodness of fit indices, the model confirms The results of the factor analysis, similar to studies in primary cultures of reliability and validity coefficients are close to the results of previous research.just in varimax rotation,factors number was not similar to the results of previous research . factor structure and validation is similar to the results of previous research. Therefore, given the favorable psychometric properties of the questionnaire is a useful tool for determining theachers spiritual intelligance.
