اين مقاله در پي آن است مقوله «آموزش ضد تبعيض و تعصب نژادي» را كه يكي از مولفه هاي جامعه و تربيت چندفرهنگي است در قصه هاي تمثيلي مثنوي، بررسي كند و مصداق و نمود نظريه هاي مدرن را در نگاه نو به ادبيات كلاسيك، براساس هنرآفريني هاي مولوي نشان دهد. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش، توصيفي- تحليلي و واحد تحليل، مضمون حكايات يا آموزه ها بوده است. نتيجه مقاله نشان ازآن است كه رويكرد تربيت چند فرهنگي در آموزش ضد تبعيض و تعصب نژادي، در نظرگاه عرفاني و مسالمت آميز مولانا تربيت چندفرهنگي در مثنوي مولوي، نمود فراوان داشته مهم ترين درون مايه هاي تربيت چند فرهنگي چون آموزش ضدتبعيض و تعصب نژادي را در آثار خود نمايان ساخته و زير بناي فكري و خميرمايه ي ذهني وي، در اين زمينه، از تعاليم و آموزه هاي قرآني و ديني سرچشمه گرفته است.
