Analysis of the ethical functions of allegory in the Asrar-Nameh

تمثيل يكي از شگردهاي ادبي موثر در بازگويي و تشريح عمده ترين مسائل اخلاقي و تعليمي است؛ زيرا با ساده كردن موضوعات پيچيده، قدرت درك و تحليل مخاطب عامي افزايش مي يابد. از آن جا كه هدف اصلي شاعران اخلاق گرا از سرودن شعر، افزايش سطح معرفت و جهان بيني مردم است، از ابزارهايي چون تمثيل براي پيشبرد و تحقق اهداف تعليمي مورد نظر خود استفاده مي كنند. عطار نيشابوري در اسرارنامه، با تكيه بر اين بخش از قابليت هاي تمثيل، به تبيين و تشريح مسائل گوناگون اخلاقي، ديني و عرفاني پرداخته است. به اين اعتبار، در مقاله حاضر، با تكيه بر روش توصيفي- تحليلي، كاركردهاي اخلاقي تمثيل بررسي شده است. به نظر مي رسد شاعر از رهگذر بهره مندي از شگرد مذكور به توضيح موضوعاتي چون: «دنياستيزي؛ فنا شدن از خود انساني؛ نفس ستيزي؛ توجه به عشق ورزي الهي و معنوي؛ پرهير از آزمندي و مال دوستي؛ دوري گزيني از غفلت ورزي؛ نكوهش ظاهرپرستي؛ بي اعتباري عمر آدمي و تناسب ميان ظرفيت هاي انساني و هدف برگزيده» پرداخته است. شاعر براي جلوگيري از اختلال در فرآيند درك مخاطبان عام خود، از تمثيل هاي عمدتا ساده و زودياب استفاده كرده است. اين تمثيل ها در عينيت بخشي به عمده ترين مسائل اخلاقي كه غالبا انتزاعي و نامحسوس هستند، اثرگذار بوده است.

Allegory is one of the most effective literary methods in reciting and outlining the most important ethical and educational issues; because by simplifying complex issues, the power of understanding and analyzing a broad audience grows. since the main aim of the ethical poets is to create poetry, it is raising the level of knowledge of the people. use tools such as allegory to advance and fulfill educational goals. Attar in the mystery, based on this part of the allegorical capabilities, it has been devoted to explaining various moral, religious and mystical issues. in this article, based on the descriptive-analytic method, the ethical functions of allegory are investigated. it seems that the poet, using the aforementioned narrative, explains such topics as: "life; selfdestruction; self-affirmation; the consideration of divine and spiritual love; the exaggeration of the zeal and the property of friendship; the avoidance of negligence; the condemnation of appearances; The instability of human life and the proportion between human capacities and the chosen goal ". it was also found that the poet used simple analogies to avoid disturbances in the process of understanding his general audience. these allegories have been effective in representing the most important ethical issues that are often abstract and intangible.
