The social features of the Muslim police and their practical solutions in NAJA from the point of view of the Supreme Leader, Imam Khamenei

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي ويژگي­ هاي اجتماعي پليس مسلمان و راهكارهاي كاربردي آن­ها در ناجا از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري انجام پذيرفته است. روش مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش از نوع تحقيق­ هاي كيفي بوده كه با بهره­ گيري از روش توصيفي انجام پذيرفته است. بنابراين، فاقد فرضيه، جامعه آماري و روش نمونه گيري است. روش جمع آوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش به‌صورت كتابخانه­ اي و مراجعه به اسناد و منابع مكتوب و مبتني بر يادداشت­ برداري انجام گرفته‌ است زيرا؛ تعاريف مختلفي از پليس جامعه­ محور از سوي دانشمندان غيرمسلمان مطرح شده و آن‌ها همراه با اين تعاريف راهكارهايي براي تحقق آن ارائه داده‌اند. مسأله و هدف اصلي اين مقاله تبيين ويژگي­هاي اجتماعي پليس مسلمان و راهكارهاي تحقق آن در ناجا است. بنابراين، اين پژوهش تلاش كرده در راستاي وظايف ذاتي مقرر شده براي نيروي انتظامي در قانون، با نگرشي نو ويژگي‌هاي اجتماعي پليس مسلمان را با استفاده از ديدگاه ­هاي مقام معظم رهبري حضرت امام خامنه‌اي (مدظله العالي) استخراج و تبيين نمايد. در پژوهش حاضر، در جهت تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات به­ دست آمده از روش تحليل محتوا بهره گرفته شده است، در نتيجه تصريح گرديد بر اساس ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله) مهم­ترين ويژگي­هاي اجتماعي پليس مسلمان اعم از خدمت به مردم با نيت الهي و قصد قربت، امر به معروف و نهي از منكر، اقتدار همراه با رأفت، عفت و پاكدامني، صحت عمل، درستكاري ، امانت داري و عدالت مي­ باشد.

The present study aimed to identify the social features of the Muslim police and their practical solutions in NAJA from the point of view of the Supreme Leader, Imam Khamenei. The method used in this research is qualitative research which has been carried out using a descriptive method. Therefore, there is no hypothesis, statistical society and sampling method. The method of collecting information in this research is in the form of a library and referring to written works and documents and records based on the taking of notes; Different definitions of community policing by non-Muslim scholars and addressed them with these definitions have offered solutions to make it happen. The main objective and purpose of this article is to explain the social features of the Muslim police and the ways to realize it in NAJA. Therefore, this research has tried to elucidate the social features of the Muslim police using the views of the Supreme Leader, Imam Khamenei, in line with the inherent duties prescribed by law enforcement law. In this research, the content analysis method has been used to analyze the data. Therefore, according to the Supreme Leader's view, the most important social features of the Muslim police, include: serving the people with divine intention and purpose of grace, good command and forbidding evil, authority with mercy, chastity, honesty, trust and justice.
