Pathology of Political Culture in Iran after the Islamic Revolution

طرح مسأله امنيت و ثبات فرهنگي و سياسي، مهم‌ترين و برجسته‌ترين چهره و دروني‌ترين لايه نياز امروز ملت و دولت (حاكميت)، به شمار مي‌آيد. چرا كه مؤلفه قدرت و ثبات فرهنگي و سياسي هر ملتي بنيادي‌ترين مؤلفه اقتدار و استعداد و لياقت آن ملت در بستر توسعه و تعالي در عرصه‌هاي مختلف اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي و عقب‌ماندگي در تمامي عرصه‌هاي زندگي فردي و اجتماعي افراد جامعه را فراهم مي‌آورد. در يك رويكرد كلان، ابتناي كليت نظام برمؤلفه قدرت فرهنگ و سياست بوده و دوام و قوام هر ملت و حاكميتي در گروه بالندگي و توسعه‌يافتگي فرهنگي و اقتدار و اعتبار سياسي آن ملت و حاكميت مي‌باشد. هر گاه آسيب‌پذيري به دو حوزه فرهنگ و سياست در جامعه راه يابد، ساير حوزه‌ها در چالشي فرساينده و بحران‌زا فرو غلطيده و بستر و فضاي مناسبي براي رشد و گسترش تمامي آثار و مظاهر شوم وابستگي، عقب‌ماندگي، مفاسد اجتماعي و ناهنجاري‌هاي گوناگون در كشور را فراهم خواهد ساخت. هدف از اين تحقيق ضمن بررسي ويژگي­ هاي فرهنگ سياسي ايران به اين مسأله پرداخته شد كه چه عواملي براي فرهنگ سياسي ايران مخاطره ­آميز مي­ باشد و در نهايت چه راهكارهايي براي آن در نظر گرفته شده است. سوال­ هاي تحقيق: - مولفه­ هاي فرهنگ سياسي ايران كدامند؟ - چه عواملي فرهنگ سياسي ايران را به مخاطره مي­ اندازد؟ - آسيب­ شناسي فرهنگ سياسي ايران در چه جهت مورد بررسي قرار مي­ گيرد؟ نوع حاضر تحقيق توصيفي و تحليلي است كه بر اساس ويژگي­ هاي فرهنگ سياسي ايران آن را مورد تحليل قرار گرفته شد. با توجه به ماهيت و نوع موضوع مورد مطالعه، گردآوري اطلاعات از روشهاي گوناگون و به طوركلي برمبناي روش كتابخانه‌اي و اينترنتي صورت پذيرفته و تجزيه و تحليل يافتهها نيز عمدتاً با شيوه تحليل كيفي انجام پذيرفته است.

Proposing the issue of security, cultural stability and political stability is the most important and prominent figure and the innermost layer of the nation’s and the government’s need. Political and cultural strength and stability of each nation is the most fundamental component of the authority and talent of that nation in the context of development and excellence in various economic, social and cultural spheres and also is the backwardness in all areas of individual and social life of the community. In a macro approach, the basis of the system is the component of the power of culture and politics and also, the durability and consistency of each nation and sovereignty depends on the prosperity and cultural development and on the authority and political prestige of them. Whenever the vulnerability reaches the two areas of culture and politics in society, other areas collapse in erosion and crisis and will provide a suitable platform for the development of all manifestations of affiliation, backwardness, social frauds and various maladministration in the country. In this research, the characteristics of political culture in Iran and the risks to Iran's political culture were studied. The present study is descriptive and analytical which was analyzed according to the characteristics of Iranian political culture. Given the nature and type of subject matter studied, data were collected in a variety of ways and in general based on the library and internet methodology and the analysis of the findings was mainly carried out using a qualitative analysis method.
