Futurology of the Security Threats in Hamedan Province up to the Horizon of 2030

اين پژوهش با هدف آينده‌پژوهي تهديدات امنيتي محتمل در استان ‌همدان تا افق سال 1408 با روش تحليل مضمون و با انجام مصاحبه با 12 نفر از نخبگان امنيتي استان انجام و نتايج زير حاصل شد: نيروهاي نظامي‌ و انتظامي ‌و امنيتي اصلي‌ترين كنشگر و به ترتيب، رهبران فرق و مذاهب استان، نخبگان سياسي و تصمي‌م سازان استان، صاحبان رسانه‌هاي مكتوب و ديجيتال، و... از مهم‌ترين كنشگران اين صحنه محسوب گرديدند. در اين پژوهش روندهايي مانند: افزايش فعاليت و يا تأسيس احزاب زاويه‌دار با نظام در استان، افزايش نارضايتي مردم از وضعيت معيشت، و... از مهم‌ترين روندها در اين صحنه محسوب شدند. و نهايتاً پيشران‌هايي مانند، دخالت در انتخابات توسط نيروهاي امنيتي استان، كاهش رونق اقتصادي، افزايش فقر و افزايش فساد، افزايش آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي در فضاي اجتماعي توسط رسانه‌ها و... مورد شناسايي قرار گرفتند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the possible security threats in Hamadan Province up to the Horizon of 2030 through a thematic analysis and interviewing with 12 security elites in the province. The following were the results: the provincial religions, the political elites and decision-makers of the province, the owners of the written and digital media, etc., were the most important actors in this scene. In this study, trends such as: increasing the activity or establishment of angular parties with the regime in the province, increasing dissatisfaction with the livelihoods of the province, etc. were the most important trends in this scene. an‎d finally, such issues as the interference in the elections by the provincial security forces, the reduction of economic prosperity, the increase of poverty and the increase of corruption, the increase of social damage in the social space were identified by the media and so on.
