بررسي عوامل مؤثر در بروز تصادفات در خودروهاي سواري سبك ناجا (مطالعه موردي فرماندهي انتظا‌مي‌استان همدان )

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Occurrence of Accidents in Hamadan’s Law Enforcement Force Light Vehicles

هر ساله تعدادي از خودر‌وهاي استان همدان دچار سانحه تصادف يا واژگوني گرديده و خسارات مادي و معنوي زيادي را به ناجا و كاركنان آن تحميل مي‌نمايد. به دليل شدت سانحه، تعدادي از اين خودروها قابل تعمير نبوده و در چرخه خروج از خدمت قرار مي‌گيرند. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش تعيين مولفه‌هاي مؤثر در بروز تصادفات در نيروي انتظا‌مي‌استان همدان ‌مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي، از لحاظ روش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق، شامل مديران و كارشناسان ترابري و تصادفات پليس و نمونه آماري 50 نفره است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي انتخاب شده‌اند. در اين تحقيق از طريق تحليل دقيق ادبيات تحقيق، تصادفات و استخراج مولفه‌هاي آن، با استفاده از روش دلفي، و توزيع پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در بين كارشناسان ترابري تحليل شده است. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه چهار عامل نيروي انساني، عوامل محيطي، وسيله نقليه و آموزش ‌تأثير معني‌داري بر شكل‌گيري تصادفات در استان داشته‌اند.

Every year a number of vehicles crash or overturn in Hamadan province, causing severe material and intangible damages to the Hamedan’s law enforcement Force (NAJA) and its staff. Because of the severity of the accidents, some of the vehicles cannot be repaired and hence, they cannot be at NAJA’s service anymore. The overriding purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the occurrence of accidents in Hamadan’s law enforcement Force. Regarding the purpose and approach, this study was practical and correlational, respectively. The statistical population of this study consisted of managers, traffic experts, police accidents, and a sample of 50 people selected using random sampling. This study was analyzed through a detailed analysis of literature, accidents and its components using Delphi approach, as well as through distributing the questionnaire among the traffic experts. The results indicated that four factors including the human resources, environmental factors, vehicles and education had a significant effect on the occurrence of the accidents in the Hamedan province.
