چكيده فارسي :
حكومت اسلامي، داراي مباني نظري اصيلي است كه افراد جامعه با اتكا و عمل به آن مباني شروع به خلق و ايجاد حركت تحول‌انگيز و مؤثر خويش مي‌نمايند و رويكرد عملي افراد و سردمداران آن جامعه، نشأت‌گرفته از آن مباني است و براي رسيدن به اهداف تعيين شدۀ خود، به اين مباني اصيل تمسك مي‌جويند. اين پژوهش، با هدف تبيين مباني نظري، رويكردها و ابعاد جامعة اسلامي و تحقق جامعة اسلامي با تأكيد بر ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري انجام گرفته است. روش تحقيق پژوهش حاضر به‌صورت كتابخانه‌اي و اسنادي مي‌باشد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش با توجه به فرمايشات مقام معظم رهبري و مباني حكومت اسلامي در درجۀ اول مبتني بر شناخت انسان از خدا و خود و طبيعت و تاريخ مي‌باشد و مبناي ديگر آن حق‌گرايي، ايمان ديني و عقلانيت و خردورزي است و محوريت قوانين قرآن، ايمان ولايي و رفتار و مناسبت‌هاي اجتماعي مردم نيز از ديگر اصول مبنايي حكومت اسلامي است. با تمسك به اين مباني اصيل و ارزشمند رويكردهاي حكومت اسلامي در بعد سياسي مي‌بايست براساس حفظ عزت و اقتدار حكومت اسلامي و حمايت از كشورهاي ضعيف و مورد ظلم واقع شده و در بعد فرهنگي بايد در جهت رسيدن افراد جامعه به هدف نهايي كمال انساني و در بعد امنيتي حفظ امنيت مرزها و كيان جامعة اسلامي و حفظ آرمان‌هاي اصيل انقلاب و در بعد اقتصادي، تلاش براي ايجاد رفاه عمومي مردم و رفع تبعيض و اقتصاد عاري از ربا و تكاثر تنظيم مي‌گردد و در اين راستا، مسؤولين و دلسوزان نظام بايستي از منظومۀ فكري مقام معظم رهبري در زمينه‌هاي مختلف بهره لازم را ببرند.
چكيده لاتين :
The Islamic State has basic theoretical principles. Relying on these principles and implementing them results into the members of the society to establish and develop their own evolutionary and effective movements. The individuals as well as the leaders of the society utilize these practical approaches and resort to them in order to achieve their determined goals. The overriding purpose of this study was to explain the theoretical foundations, approaches and dimensions and the realization of Islamic society with an emphasis on the Supreme Leader's Intellectual point of view. Taking the Supreme Leader's remarks and the principles into account, the findings of the study indicated that the Islamic State was primarily based on the humans’ recognition of the God, own-self, nature and history. Other principles included the tendency to the right, religious faith and rationality, and the centrality of Qur'anic law, religious beliefs, and social behavior and occasions. Adhering to these noble and valuable principles, the approaches of the Islamic government in should be politically based on maintaining the dignity and authority of the Islamic government and protecting the weak and oppressed countries. Furthermore, in the cultural aspect, these approaches must be based on reaching the ultimate goal of human perfection in society. In the security dimension, they should maintain the security of the borders and communities and to uphold the noble ideals of the Revolution. Ultimately, in the economic dimension, these approaches should create public welfare, eliminate discrimination, and regulate usury and pluralism. In this regard, the Islamic Republic authorities and sympathizers should benefit from the Supreme Leader's Intellectual point of view in various fields and aspects.
