معيارهاي مؤثر در ارتقاي ايمني حمل سلاح و مهمات ناجا

Effective Criteria in Improving the Safety of Carrying NAJA’S Weapons and Ammunition

از جمله دغدغه‌هاي مهم، حمل ايمن سلاح و مهمات در سطح ناجا است؛ زيرا كم‌ترين بي‌توجهي به آن عواقب بسيار خطرناك به دنبال دارد. به همين منظور توجه به حمل اين اقلام ضروري است تا اطمينان حاصل شود كه ايمني انسان‌ها و حفظ سلامت آنها و اقلام، تأمين ميگردد. مهم‌ترين وظيفه به هنگام حمل اقلام تسليحاتي، حفظ سلامتي كاركنان است. هرگونه سهل‌انگاري در اين وظيفه خطير باعث از بين رفتن سرمايه‌هاي انساني سازمان مي‌گردد كه جبران آن هزينه‌هاي مادي و معنوي بسياري را در بر خواهد داشت. ايمن ساختن حملونقل و جابه‌جايي اين اقلام همواره ذهن مديران و فرماندهان را مشغول ساخته است و مديران در تلاش بوده‌اند تا با توجه به حساسيت فوق‌العادۀ موضوع، ايمن‌ترين وسيلۀ حملونقل را انتخاب نمايند. هدف از اين پژوهش، تعيين معيارهاي مؤثر در ايمني خودرو‌هاي حمل سلاح و مهمات ناجا است. اين پژوهش با استفاده از استانداردهاي مركز دفاعي ايران و نيز با استفاده از نظرات كارشناسان سلاح و مهمات ناجا به صورت مصاحبۀ حضوري هدفمند تهيه شده است. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه چهار معيار فاكتور‌هاي محيطي، بسته‌بندي، وسيلۀ ‌نقليه و فاكتور‌هاي انساني در ارتقاي ايمني نقش دارند.

Safe carrying of weapons and ammunition is one of the major concerns at NAJA level, because the least inattention to it will have very dangerous consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the transportation of them, so that the safety and health of people and weapons are ensured. The most important task when carrying weapons is to keep employees healthy. Any negligence in this serious task may damage employees, the compensation of which will have many material and spiritual costs. Securing transportation and moving of these items has always occupied the minds of managers and commanders and they have tried to choose the safest means of transportation due to the extraordinary sensitivity of this matter. The purpose of this study is to determine the effective criteria in the safety of vehicles which carry NAJA’s weapons and ammunition. This research has been prepared as a purposeful face-to-face interview using the standards of the Iranian Defense Center and the opinions of weapons and ammunition experts of NAJA. The results show that four criteria including environmental factors, packaging, transport and human factors play a role in improving safety.
