نقش و جايگاه ناجا در تحقق دولت اسلامي مبتني بر منظومة فكري امام خامنه‌اي (مدظله‌العالى)

The Role and Position of the NAJA in the Realization of the Islamic State Based on the Intellectual System of Imam Khamenei

با توجه به وارد شدن انقلاب اسلامي به چهل سالگي دوم، رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي بيانيه­ اي راهبردي در خصوص گام دوم انقلاب ارائه كرده­ اند كه يكي از اساسي‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي اين بيانيه تحقق دولت اسلامي مي‌باشد. همة سازمان­ها، به‌ويژه پليس، بايستي در تحقق اين مؤلفه‌ اهتمام داشته باشند. بنابراين، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبيين نقش و جايگاه نيروي انتظامي در تحقق دولت اسلامي از منظر امام خامنه‌اي (مدظله‌العالي) است. روش اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي توسعه‌اي بوده به روش تحليل محتوا و تبييني- تحليلي و با بهره‌گيري از منابع كتابخانه‌اى و فضاى مجازى و اينترنت انجام شده است. هرحكومت و دولتى براى تأمين امنيت، حفظ استقلال و تماميت ارضى و تأمين اهداف و آرمان‌هاي خود نياز به نيروهاي ‌مسلح قوى، مقتدر و سازمان ‌يافته دارد. جمهورى اسلامى ايران نيز پس از استقرار، براى برقراري نظم، حفظ امنيت و دفع تهديدات داخلى و خارجى و دستيابي به اهداف و آرمان‌هاي خود نيروهاى مسلحى را فراهم نموده است كه از جملة آنها مي‌توان به نيروي انتظامي اشاره كرد. و نتيجه اين‌كه در انديشه امام خامنه‌اي (مد ظله‌العالي)، امنيت؛ مهم‌ترين نياز كشور و همه جوامع بشري بوده و نيروي انتظامي يكي از مهم‌ترين توليدكنندگان اقتدار و امنيت ملي مي‌باشد. از سوي ديگر، وظايفي در نظام اسلامي دارد، كه به قوام و دوام دولت اسلامي و تحقق آرما‌ن‌هاي آن كمك مي‌كند كه از جمله آن‌ها مي‌توان به برقراري امنيت، مقابله با تهديدات داخلي، استقرار نظم و قانون، امر به معروف و نهي از منكر، تحقق جامعه اسلامي الگو، كشور الگو و نهاد انتظامي الگو اشاره كرد.

Given the entry of the Islamic Revolution into its second 40 years, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has presented a strategic statement on the second step of the Revolution, one of the most fundamental components of which is the realization of the Islamic State. All organizations, especially the police, must work to achieve this component. Therefore, the present study aims to explain the role and position of law enforcement in the realization of the Islamic State from the perspective of Imam Khamenei. The method of this research is applied developmental method by content analysis and explanatory-analytical method and using the resources of libraries and virtual space and the Internet. Every government and state needs strong, powerful, and organized armed forces to ensure its security, maintain its independence and territorial integrity, and achieve its goals and aspirations. The Islamic Republic of Iran, after its establishment, has provided the armed forces with the means to maintain order, maintain security, and repel internal and external threats, and achieve its goals and aspirations, including law enforcement. an‎d the result is that in the mind of Imam Khamenei (the Supreme Leader), security is the most important need of the country and all human societies. Also, police forces are one of the most important producers of national authority and security. On the other hand, they have duties in the Islamic system, which contributes to the stability and permanence of the Islamic State and the realization of its aspirations, among them we can pointe out security, countering internal threats, establishing law and order, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, and realization of the Islamic society as the model, the country as the model and the police forces as the model.
