چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: اﺷﮏ اﻧﺴﺎن ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪهاي از ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦﻫﺎ، آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎ، ﭼﺮﺑﯽﻫﺎ، ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎ و اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻓﺰون ﺑﺮ ﺗﻤﯿﺰ و ﺷﻔﺎف ﻧﮕﻪ داﺷﺘﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﭼﺸﻢ، در ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﭼﺸﻢ ﻧﻘﺶ دارد. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﺘـﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﺘﯽ و آﻧﺰﯾﻤـﯽ اﺷـﮏ در زﻧـﺎن در دوره ﻗﺎﻋﺪﮔﯽ اﺳﺖ روش ﮐﺎر: داﻣﻨﻪ ﺳﻨﯽ زﻧﺎن ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ 18 ﺗﺎ 24 ﺳﺎل ﺑﻮد و از ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺟﺴﻤﯽ و ﺑﯿﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﺎﻣـﻞ و رژﯾـﻢ ﻏـﺬاﯾﯽ ﻣﺸـﺎﺑﻬﯽ در دوره ﯾﮏ ﻣﺎﻫﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي اﺷﮏ زﻧﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺗﯿﻤﺎر در روز ﺳﻮم ﻗﺎﻋﺪﮔﯽ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫـﺎي ﺷـﺎﻫﺪ ﺳـﻪ روز ﭘﺲ از اﺗﻤﺎم ﻗﺎﻋﺪﮔﯽ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦﻫﺎي اﺷﮏ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﺤـﺖ آﻧـﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺗﻮﺳـﻂFPLC وRP-HPLC ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨـﺪ. در اﯾـﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ در آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﻟﯿﺰوزﯾﻢ، ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز، آﻟﻔﺎ آﻣـﯿﻼز، ﺗﯿﺮوزﯾﻨـﺎز، و ﺗﻐﯿﯿـﺮ در ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿـﺖﻫـﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨـﺪ ﮔﻠﻮﮐﺰ، ﻓﺴﻔﺮ و ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در اﺷﮏ زﻧﺎن در ﻃﻮل دوران ﻗﺎﻋﺪﮔﯽ و ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦﻫﺎ)ﮐﻤّﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯽ )SDS-PAGE(( و آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﻟﯿـﺰوزﯾﻢ، ﭘﺮاﮐﺴـﯿﺪاز، ﺗﯿﺮوزﯾﻨﺎز در زﻧﺎن ﻗﺎﻋﺪه ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺎﻟﺖﻫﺎي ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ آنﻫﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ، وﻟﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان آﻟﻔﺎآﻣﯿﻼز، ﮔﻠﻮﮐﺰ، ﻓﺴﻔﺮ، و ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ در اﺷﮏ در دوره ﻗﺎﻋﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﮔﻠﻮﮐﺰ، ﻓﺴﻔﺮ و ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در اﺷﮏ را ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﺧﺼﯽ در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴـﻪاي و ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ ﻃﺒﯽ در زﻧﺎن در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻗﺎﻋﺪﮔﯽ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Inroduction & Objective: Human tears are a complex combination of proteins, enzymes, fats, metabolites, and electrolytes that in spite of keeping the eye surface clean and transparent, play an important role in nourishing the eye. Material and Method:The age of the women tested was ranging from 18 to 24 years old and had complete physical and visual health with similar diet during one month before sampling. Tear samples of women were prepared as treatment on the third day of menstruation and control samples three days after menstruation. Some tear proteins were also analyzed by FPLC and RP-HPLC. In the present study, some biochemical alterations such as changes in lysozyme, peroxidase, alpha-amylase, tyrosinase, and changes in metabolites such as glucose, phosphorus, and calcium were measured and compared in tears of women during menstruation and normal conditions. Results: Biochemical results showed that the concentration of proteins (quantitative and qualitative (SDS-PAGE)) and lysozyme, peroxidase and tyrosinase enzymes increased in menstrual women as compared to their normal state, while alpha-amylase, glucose, phosphorus, and calcium were lower in tears during menstruation. Conclusion: According to our study, the reduction of glucose, phosphorus and calcium in tears can be considered as an indicator in comparative studies and medical diagnosis in women under menstruation
