شناسايي ابعاد و مولفه هاي فرهنگي و آموزشي الگوي ارتقاء فرهنگي آموزش زبان خارجي مورد مطالعه: زبان انگليسي

The Study of Educational and Cultural Dimensions and Components of Cultural Promotion Model in Foreign Language Teaching. Case of Study: English Language

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: اين پژوهش، با هدف شناسايي ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي فرهنگي و آموزشي الگوي ارتقاء فرهنگي آموزش زبان خارجي (زبان انگليسي) در آموزشگاه‌هاي زبان انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: روش اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي، تركيبي، توصيفي و پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري در بخش كيفي شامل صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهي و در بخش كمي شامل كليه مدرسان آموزشگاه‌هاي شهر تهران مي‌باشد. در اين بخش، نمونه آماري طبق فرمول كوكران شامل 400 نفر براي جامعه نامحدود است. در بخش كيفي، ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، مصاحبه نيمه ساختمند، پرسشنامه‌هاي استاندارد و محقق ساخته تعيين گرديد، سنجش روايي از طريق اخذ نظرات صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهي و خبرگان حوزه‌هاي فرهنگي و آموزشي با تكنيك دلفي و سنجش اعتبار پايايي از طريق آزمون كرونباخ محاسبه شد. يافته‌ها: براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون‌هاي كولموگروف - اسميرنوف، تحليل عاملي تاييدي و اكتشافي، برازش مدل، آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي و آزمون فريدمن استفاده شد. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج و يافته‌ها منجر به شناسايي سه عامل، دو بُعد و نُه مولفه گرديد.

The purpose of this research is to study the educational and cultural dimensions and components of cultural promotion model in foreign language teaching (FLT). Since English is the most common language in the world today, it was selected as the case. Research methods was applied, quantitative, descriptive and a survey. Society, in qualitative section, includes 15 scholars and in quantitative one consists all teachers of Tehran’s language academies i.e. 400 people based on Cochran’s test. Instruments for data collection include a semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaires. Validity of questionnaires achieved by confirmation of elites through Delphi method. For evaluating reliability of the instrument, the Cronbach’s alpha test was utilized. The reliability of variables in general was 0.98 in factors, dimensions and components. To analyze the data, researchers utilized both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Results in factors, dimensions and cultural components of FLT indicated that there are 3 factors of intrinsic, internal and external in the subject and they are higher than the average of society. Meanwhile, 2 dimensions and 9 components were recognized: Cultural Dimension includes 5 components and Educational Dimension includes 4 components. Results indicated in the form of a suggestive model and it stipulated the significant effect of cultural factors in FLT.
