با ورود بشر به دوران مدرنيته و به تبع آن شكل گيري انقلاب صنعتي، تغييراتي شتابان در دو حوزه جمعيتي و كالبدي شكل مي گيرد و از آن جا كه سرعت اين تغييرات با هيچ يك از دوران ماقبل آن قابل مقايسه نيست بستر كالبدي زيست انسانها را با تغييرات شگفتي مواجه مي نمايد كه يكي از اين بسترهاي كالبدي، پياده راه هاي موجود در سطح شهر است كه توسط خودروها مورد تهاجم و زندگي جمعي در آن كمرنگ و در مواردي رو به متروكي مي رود و علي رغم آگاهي مسيولين امر و اقدامات مقطعي و گاه مستمر صورت پذيرفته در جهت بهبود و بازآفريني، هيچ يك، منجر به رضايتمندي و احياي آن نگرديده است، اين مقاله كه برگرفته از يك كار پژوهشي مي باشد، براي اولين بار درصدد است با نگاهي مجدد به ملاك هاي كالبدي به عنوان پايه و مبناي حضور و مشاركت مردم، با هدف ارايه الگويي جهت ساماندهي و اولويت بخشي به اقدامات كالبدي آتي پياده راه هاي شهري اقدام نمايد. كه بر اين اساس در جهت سنجش شاخص هاي اثرگذاركالبدي (ايمني، سرزندگي، خوانايي و نفوذپذيري) بر روي حكمروايي خوب (مشاركت) نسبت به تهيه پرسشنامه خودساخته استاندارد اقدام و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS داده ها تحليل و سپس با استفاده از مدل شبكه عصبي MLP طي يك فرآيند ديگر نسبت به ميزان اهميت و ارتباط متغيرها مي پردازيم كه در نتيجه آن دو متغيير سرزندگي و خوانايي حايز بشترين ميزان اهميت نسبت به متغير مشاركت مي گردند كه مي توان نتيجه گرفت خوانايي و سرزندگي بر روي مشاركت تاثير معنادار بيشتري داشته و ايمني و امنيت و نفوذپذيري تاثير معنادار كمتري داشته اند.
