شناسايي ابعاد و مولفه ها در جهت آموزش مفاهيم ترافيكي به همياران پليس (دانش آموزان)

آموزش مهم ترين طريقه جلوگيري از به وجود آمدن علل انساني موثر در تصادفات است.آموزش صحيح و فرهنگ سازي رعايت قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي مي تواند نقش مهمي در پيشگيري از وقوع سوانح ترافيكي و جرايم رانندگي داشته باشد. در ايران با هدف فرهنگ سازي ، افزايش انضباط اجتماعي وكاهش ضايعات حاصل از سوانح ترافيكي طرح آموزش كودكان از سال 86 در نيروي انتظامي به اجرا درآمد. در كنار هزينه هاي ناشي از اجراي طرح فوق همواره اين چالش وجود دارد كه آيا وضعيت آموزش همياران پليس مناسب مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر از نظر نوع داده ها كمي و كيفي ، و از نظر گردآوري داده ها ، توصيفي پيمايشي بوده است. براي جمع آوري داده ها ، از فن دلفي و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. براي تحليل داده هاي مربوط به تعيين ابعاد و مولفه ها در جهت ارتقاي آموزش مفاهيم ترافيكي به كودكان از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي ، براي تعيين وضع موجود آموزش همياران از آزمون t تك نمونه اي ، و براي مقايسه وضعيت موجود و وضعيت مطلوب آزمون t وابسته با كمك نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. براي ارايه مدل نهايي تحقيق از مدل يابي اندازه گيري و برازش مدل در تكنيك مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزار ليزرل استفاده شده است. يافته اصلي اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد بهبود فرهنگ عبور و مرور و كاهش سوانح ترافيكي بدون ارتقاي فرايند آموزش كاربران ترافيك امكان پذير نيست. براي ارتقاي آموزش ترافيك به دانش آموزان در هر بعد دانش با بار عاملي (0.92) ، ارزش نگرش با بار عاملي (0.99) و مهارت با بار عاملي (0.85) بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد. همچنين وضعيت موجود آموزش دانش آموزان به طور كلي (2/48 از 5) و در تك تك ابعاد آموزش پايين تر از حد متوسط و نامناسب است.

Training is the most important way to prevent the causes of human casualties in accidents. Proper training and culture building Observance of traffic rules and regulations can play an important role in preventing traffic accidents and driving offenses. In Iran, with the aim of creating a culture, increasing social discipline and reducing the losses caused by traffic accidents, the Children's Education Project has been implemented in the police force since 1986. In addition to the costs of implementing the above plan, there is always the challenge of whether the training status of police assistants is appropriate. The present study was quantitative and qualitative in terms of data type, and survey descriptive in terms of data collection. Delphi technique and researchermade questionnaire were used to collect data. To analyze data related to determining dimensions and components. In order to improve the teaching of traffic concepts to children, exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the current status of the training of assistants of the single-sample t-test, and to compare the current status and optimal status of the dependent t-test with the help of SPSS software. To present the final research model, model measurement and fit modeling has been used in structural equation modeling technique using laser software.The main findings of this study show that it is not possible to improve the culture of traffic and reduce traffic accidents without improving the training process for traffic users. In order to improve traffic education to students in each dimension of knowledge with factor load (0.92), value-attitude with factor load (0.99) and factor with factor load (0.85) should be considered. Also, the current situation of student education in general (2.48 out of 5) and in each dimension of education is lower than average and inappropriate.
