بررسي رابطه بين هوش اجتماعي با چابكي سازماني و پاسخگويي سازماني كاركنان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پارس آباد مغان

Investigating the relationship between social intelligence, organizational agility and organizational accountability among the employees of Parsabad Moghan education office .

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه بين هوش اجتماعي با چابكي سازماني و پاسخگويي سازماني كاركنان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پارس آباد مغان بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را كليه كاركنان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پارس آباد مغان تشگيل مي دادند كه با استفاده از نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده تعداد 120 نفر از كاركنان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پارس آباد مغان بعنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش اجتماعي سيلورا (2001)، چابكي سازماني از پرسشنامه استاندارد جعفري مقدم (1390)، پاسخگويي سازماني از پرسشنامه استاندارد محبوبي (1392)، استفاده شد. جهت تحليل داده ها از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، تحليل رگرسيون چند متغييره و جهت نرماليته بودن از آزمون كولموگروف–اسميرنف استفاده شد. نتايج بدست آمده نشان داد كه رابطه معني داري بين هوش اجتماعي با چابكي سازمان و پاسخگويي سازمان وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه از بين سه مولفه هوش اجتماعي، مولفه مهارت هاي اجتماعي بيشترين تاثير را براي چابكي و پاسخگويي سازمان دارد.

The main purpose of the present study was; investigating the relationship between social intelligence, organizational agility and organizational accountability among the employees of Pars Abad Moghan education office. All the employees of the education office of Pars Abad Moghan were the statistical population of the study. 120 People were selected randomly as the subjects of the study. In order to collect data we used Silora (2001) standardized questionnaire for social intelligence, statistical population Jafari Moghaddam (1390) statistical population questionnaire for organizational agility and Mahboobi (1392) statistical population for organizational accountability. For data analysis we used Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression analysis and Kolmogorov- Smirnov test for normalization. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between social intelligence, organizational agility and organizational accountability, and they also stated that among three components social intelligence, social skills had the most influence in organizational agility and organizational accountability.
