ارايه مدلي در جهت ارتقائ آموزش مفاهيم ترافيكي به كودكان (همياران پليس) در سطح كشور

در ايران با هدف فرهنگ سازي ، افزايش انضباط اجتماعي و كاهش ضايعات حاصل از سوانح ترافيكي طرح همياران پليس از سال 86 به اجرا در آمد. در كنار هزينه هاي ناشي از اجراي طرح فوق همواره اين چالش وجود دارد كه آيا وضعيت آموزش همياران پليس مناسب مي باشد. هدف از اين مطالعه ، ارايه مدلي براي ارتقاي آموزش همياران پليس (دانش اموزان) مي باشد.تحقيق حاضر از نظر نوع داده ها كمي و كيفي ، و از نظر گردآوري داده ها ، توصيفي پيمايشي بوده است .جامعه آماري در بخش كيفي 20 نفر از اساتيد دانشگاه ، روساي پليس راهنمايي و رانندگي تهران و مديران سازمان حمل و نقل ترافيك شهرداري تهران تشكيل دادند و در بخش كمي ، يك نمونه 129 نفري (70 نفر روساي آموزش پليس راهنمايي و رانندگي تهران و 59 نفر مربيان پارك هاي ترافيك شهرداري تهران) به روش نمونه گيري تركيبي (تركيبي از روش هاي نمونه گيري تصادفي - طبقه اي) از جامعه انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها ، از فن دلفي و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است . روايي صوري پرسشنامه ها از طريق اجراي آزمايشي ،روايي محتوايي از طريق مرور جامع ادبيات و قضاوت خبرگان و روايي سازه از طريق تحليل عاملي بررسي و تاييد شد. پايايي پرسشنامه نيز از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرنباخ (0/93) محاسبه شد .براي تحليل داده هاي مربوط به تعيين ابعاد و مولفه هاي ارتقاي آموزش همياران پليس از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي ، براي تعيين وضع موجود از آزمون t تك نمونه اي ، و براي مقايسه وضعيت موجود و وضعيت مطلوب آزمون t وابسته با كمك نرم افزار spss استفاده يافته اصلي اين پژوهش مدلي است كه نشان مي دهد براي ارتقاي آموزش همياران پليس در هر بعد دانش با بار عاملي (0.92) ، ارزش - نگرش با بار عاملي (0.99) و مهارت با بار عاملي (0.85) بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد. و نيز اينكه وضعيت موجود آموزش همياران پليس به طور كلي (2/48 از 5) و در تك تك ابعاد آموزش پايين تر از حد متوسط و نامناسب است.
