يكي از نيازهاي اوليه انساني كه با توسعه اقتصادي و اجتماعي دامنه گسترده تري پيدا كرده و امروز خود يكي از مظاهر تمدن به شمار مي رود مسيله حمل و نقل است. بخش حمل ونقل و خدمات جانبي آن در شمار بخش هاي اقتصادي است كه نقش بسزايي در توليد و اشتغال ايفا مي كند. كه علاوه بر اين با بررسي اثرات گسترده اقتصادي آن در مقايسه با ساير صنايع ، اهميت اين بخش فزوني مي يابد. از اين رو ، در مطالعه حاضر به بررسي ميزان تاثير توسعه زيرساخت هاي حمل و نقل در محور تهران - تبريز با استفاده از پرسشنامه از افراد صاحب فن و متخصص و همچنين از رگرسيون تك متغيره پرداخته شده است. نتايج ، حاكي از اين امر كه متغير شاخص زيرساخت هاي حمل و نقل بر اقتصاد منطقه و بالخصوص اشتغال تاثير مثبت دارد. به عبارتي سرمايه گذاري در اين بخش موجب افزايش تحرك نيروي كار و سرمايه شده و به ميزان 0/57 درصد موجب اشتغالزايي مي شود كه اين امر مي تواند بر ديگر بخش هاي اقتصادي اثرات مثبت و معني داري برجاي گذارد. بطوري كه با انجام يك واحد سرمايه گذاري در بخش حم ل و نقل به ترتيب در بخش هاي اقتصادي از جمله كشاورزي ، صنعت و خدمات به ميزان 0/57 ، 0/33 ، 0/435 واحد افزايش در ساختار آنها شده و اين امر به نوبه ي خود مي تواند موجب افزايش ساير تاثيرات اقتصادي شود و در نهايت به توسعه ي اقتصادي منطقه منجر شود.

In other words, investment in this sector and increase the mobility of labor and capital in the amount of 57/0% of job creation in other parts of GME, which can be a positive and significant economic impact behind. So that with a single investment in the sector Hml¬Vnql respectively parts of the economy such as agriculture, industry and services to the 57/0, 33/0, 435/0 units in their structure and will increas.d can cause an increase other economic impacts and ultimately lead to regional economic development.
