چكيده فارسي :
يكي از مهم ترين مظاهر توسعه در هر كشوري ميزان برخورداري از زير ساخت هاي حمل و نقل و ارتباطات مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي به سطح بندي استان هاي كشور بر اساس تقسيمات كشوري سال 1390 به لحاظ ميزان برخورداري از شاخص هاي حمل و نقل و انبارداري و ارتباطات مي پردازد. ابتدا داده هاي مورد نياز شامل 32 شاخص در زمينه حمل و نقل ، 10 شاخص در زمينه انبارداري و 31 شاخص در زمينه ارتباطات جمع آوري و پايگاه داده تشكيل شد ، سپس شاخص ها در دو گروه حمل و نقل و انبارداري و ارتباطات تقسيم بندي ، شاخص هاي گروه حمل ونقل و انبارداري در هفت عامل و شاخص هاي گروه ارتباطات در چهار عامل تقليل يافته اند. در نهايت با استفاده از امتياز عاملي هر استان ، استان ها در پنج دسته بسيار توسعه يافته ، توسعه يافته ، متوسط ، محروم و بسيار محروم رتبه بندي شده اند ؛ و درجه برخورداري استان ها بر روي نقشه نشان داده شده است. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش بيانگر اين است كه در زمينه حمل و نقل و انبارداري استان هاي اصفهان ، خوزستان ، كرمانشاه ، تهران و فارس بسيار توسعه يافته و استان هاي اردبيل ، ايلام ، بوشهر، كهگيلويه و بويراحمد، يزد ، قم ، خراسان جنوبي و سمنان در رده بسيار محروم قرارگرفته اند. در زمينه برخورداري از ارتباطات نيز استان هاي تهران ، اصفهان ، خوزستان ، سيستان و گيلان بسيار توسعه يافته و استان هاي ايلام ، كهگيلويه و بويراحمد ، قم و خراسان جنوبي در رده بسيار محروم قرارگرفته اند.

One of the most important aspects of development in any country, the amount of transport and communication
infrastructure and the development of areas directly related to the quality and quantity of the benefit of these
indicators in the relationship. This study used Factor Analysis to classify provinces by dividing the country in
2011 in terms of the amount of indicators of transport and communications and Storage deals. The required data
includes 32 indicators in the field of transport, 10 indicators in the field of storage and 31 indicators in the area of
communication to collect and database was established, then the index in both transportation and warehousing
and communications division, indexes Group transportation and storage of the seven factors Communications
Group indices have decreased in four factors. Finally, with the ratings agency of any state, province in five
highly developed, developed, average, poor or very poor were ranked and the province have shown on the map.
The results indicate that in the transportation and storage of Isfahan, Khuzestan, Kermanshah, Fars and Tehran
highly developed and Ardabil, Ilam, Bushehr, Kohgilogeh and Boyer Ahmad, Yazd, Qom, Semnan and South
Khorasan in the category of very deprived. On receiving the communication Tehran, Isfahan, Khuzestan, Sistan
and Baluchestan and Gilaan highly developed and Ilam, Kohgilogeh and Boyer Ahmad, Qom and South Khorasan
in the category have been very poor.
