ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي ديپلماسي فرهنگي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در مواجهه با اسلام‌هراسي

Dimensions and Components of Cultural Diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Faced with Islamophobia

امروزه ديپلماسي فرهنگي به‌عنوان يك اصل اساسي و تأثيرگذار در عرصه روابط بين‌الملل مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و بسياري از كشورها از اين ظرفيت براي دستيابي به اهداف و منافع خود استفاده مي‌كنند. جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز با توجه به فرهنگ غني ايراني – اسلامي و با هدف ارائه ديدگاهي روشن و موجه نسبت به فرهنگ ارزشي و رفتاري خود براي بازيگران مختلف عرصه بين‌الملل، در مواجهه با پديده‌ها و موضوعات مختلف جهاني مي‌تواند از ديپلماسي فرهنگي بهره گيرد. در همين زمينه، اين مقاله با بهره‌گيري از روش توصيفي- تحليلي و تكيه بر مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي در پي پاسخگويي به اين سؤال اصلي پژوهش است كه ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي ديپلماسي فرهنگي جمهوري اسلامي ايران كدام است؟ يافته­ها و نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه فرهنگ و تمدن ايراني- اسلامي، ارزش‌هاي انقلاب اسلامي و سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ابعاد اصلي ديپلماسي فرهنگي جمهوري اسلامي ايران را تشكيل مي‌دهند. هركدام از اين ابعاد نيز داراي مؤلفه‌هايي هستند كه مي‌توان با اعمال آنها براساس ظرفيت‌هاي مشترك با جوامع هدف بر دامنه نفوذ و تأثيرگذاري جمهوري اسلامي ايران افزود و اهداف و آرمان‌هاي انقلاب اسلامي ايران را به شكلي اثربخش در قالب يك الگوي كارامد پيگيري كرد و دشمنان را در دامن زدن به اسلام‌هراسي ناكام گذاشت.

Today, cultural diplomacy has been considered as an essential and influential international affair, and many countries use this capacity to achieve their goals and interests. Considering the rich Iranian-Islamic culture, the Islamic Republic of Iran can use cultural diplomacy to face the world's various phenomena and issues in order to provide a clear and justified view of its value and behavioral culture for various actors in the international arena. In this regard, this paper uses the descriptive-analytical method and relying on library studies to answer the main question of the research which what are the dimensions and components of the cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The findings and results of the research indicate that the Iranian-Islamic culture and civilization, the values of the Islamic Revolution and foreign policy of the Islamic Republic constitute the main dimensions of the cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Each of these dimensions also has components that by their actions on the basis of common capacities with the target communities can increase the sphere of influence of the Islamic Republic of its effectiveness through which can pursued the goals and ideals of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in an efficiency manner in the form of an efficient model and make the enemies in Propagating Islamophobia to be failed.
