سنجش ميزان خلاقيت مديران فرهنگي بسيج دانشجويي بر اساس مدل تورنس (مطالعه موردي دانشگاه‌هاي استان همدان)

Measuring the Creativity of Cultural Directors of Student Mobilization Based on Torrance Model (Case Study of Universities in Hamadan Province)

اين مقاله با هدف سنجش ميزان خلاقيت مديران فرهنگي بسيج دانشجويي بر پايه‌ي مدل تورنس انجام ‌شده است. روش پژوهش پيمايشي بوده و براي سنجش خلاقيت مديران فرهنگي از مدل سنجش خلاقيت تورنس كه دربردارنده‌ي بعدهاي سيالي، بسط، ابتكار و انعطاف‌پذيري است، استفاده گرديده است. بر پايه‌ي اين مدل با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه 60 سؤالي تورنس، اطلاعات موردنياز از جامعه آماري 60 نفري مديران فرهنگي بسيج دانشجويي دانشگاه‌هاي استان همدان به دست آمد. روايي پرسشنامه صوري بوده و ديدگاه اساتيد روش و روان‌شناسي نيز در آن ها لحاظ شده است. پايايي آن‌ها ناشي از آلفاي كرونباخ مي­ باشد كه سيالي 705/.، بسط 774/.، ابتكار 746/. و انعطاف‌پذيري 657/. بوده است. ابراي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss، از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي) بهره برده شده است. نتيجه‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده بيانگر آن است كه ميزان خلاقيت مديران، در بعدهاي چهارگانه در حد مناسبي قرار دارد و مديران فرهنگي ازنظر بعد سيالي، بسط، ابتكار و انعطاف‌پذيري از خلاقيت خوبي برخوردار هستند. وضعيت مديريت فرهنگي بسيج دانشجويي نبز خلاقانه بوده است.

This paper aimed to measure the creativity of cultural managers of the student baseej based on Torrance model. The research method is survey and to measure the creativity of cultural managers, Torrance creativity model which has fluid, expansion, initiative and flexibility dimensions has been used. Based on this model, the required information was obtained from the 60-person statistical population of the students' baseej cultural managers of Hamadan universities using the 60-item Torrance questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire is face and the viewpoints of the faculty members of the method and psychology are also considered in them. Their reliability is due to Cronbach's alpha which is fluid 705. Expansion 0.744. Initiative 0.746. an‎d flexibility 0.657. It has been. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test). The results indicate that the creativity of managers is in a good level in the four dimensions and cultural managers have good creativity in terms of fluid, expansion, initiative and flexibility. The cultural management situation of the student baseej has also been creative.
