چكيده فارسي :
هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر تحليل سبك فرماندهي و تاثير آن در تعالي معنوي كاركنان نيروهاي انتظامي بوده كه با استفاده از روش اسنادي به بررسي موضوع فوق پرداخته است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان ميدهد كه به صورت كلي سه مدل در روش تربيتي فرماندهان وجود دارد: الف- رهبري آمرانه؛ ب- رهبري مشورتي؛ ج- رهبري مبني بر عدم مداخله. دو مدل (الف و ج) متعلق به روش تربيتي غير اسلامي بوده و روش (ب) همان رهبري مشورتي است كه بيشتر بر اصلاح سازي، اخلاق پسنديده، رويكرد دموكراتيك، دوري از تكبر و بخل و صفات ناپسنديده، الگوي امام علي (ع) و پيامبر (ص)، مديريت صحيح و ديني، دنياگريزي، اخلاق گرايي و مردم داري، آشنا به عرف و قواعد اجتماعي، مبارزه با فساد و تاكيد رويكرد غير اسلامي داراي ويژگي مستبد بودن، رياست طلبي، مرتشي، بهره كش و كينه ورز است. مدل مشورتي مدلي از نوع مردم سالاري ديني كه از طريق مشاركت زير مجموعه ها در چهار سطح مشاركت (تصميم گيري، تصميم سازي، اجرا و نظارت) در مديريت جامعه ميتواند در بهبود و اصلاح نگرش، اخلاقيات و روابط اجتماعي به سمت فضايل اخلاقي و صفات نيكو موثر باشد. اين گونه سبك فرماندهي در مسئوليت پذيري، توانمندسازي، تقويت عزت نفس، احساس اقتدار، انضباط و خودباوري تاثير مثبتي دارد كه در الگوي فرماندهي امام (علي) در توصيه حاكمان و مسئولين مورد توجه است و همچنين براي خودداري از تاثير منفي فرماندهان بر افراد به دوري از بخل، حسد، نزديكي به مردم، ساده زيستي، رعايت حال محرومان، اجراي عدالت، عدم دلبستگي به ميز رياست، خوداري از رفتار خودپسندانه، مردم داري و مردگرايي، آزادي بيان و عدم ترس در اظهار عقيده تاكيد شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of present research is to analyses style of management leadership and impacting on improving psychological and behavioral police personnel by using documental methods. The researches findings show that there are three type styles of educational leaders and the authorities are using: (a) leadership ----- (b)-Advisory leadership-(c) leadership abstentions. Of the above two models (A and C), belonged to the on non- Islamic Educational and methods (B) is the leadership advisory selected as a method of training from the Nahj and Islam though and leader Ali and profit of Mohammad. Thus, at this style on reforming, good ethics, democratic approach, avoiding arrogance and avarice and vile characters are emphasized. The Model of deliberative democracy is type of model of faith through participation in a subset of four levels of participation (decision making, decision-making, implementation and monitoring) in community management can improve attitudes, ethics and social relations of the moral virtues and good traits to be effective. This style of commander in responsibility, empowerment, enhanced self-esteem, feelings of power, self-discipline and has a positive effect on the Command pattern that in way of Imam (Ali) has considered the recommendations of the rulers and authorities and commanders to avoid negative impact on the people avoid avarice, envy, close to the people, simple living, consideration dispossessed, justice, non-attachment to the president's desk, avoid selfish behavior, and people freedom of speech and no fear in expressing an opinion has been emphasized.
