چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ، از اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت اﺳﺎﺳﯽ و اﺑﺰار ﻗﺪرﺗﻤﻨﺪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن داﻧﺶ ﻣﺤﻮر ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﻟﺬا اﯾﺠﺎد ﯾﮏ دﯾﺪ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ در ﺧﺼﻮص ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎ و ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ در ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻧﺎﺟﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﭘﯿﺶ ﻧﯿﺎزي در رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف داﻧﺶ ﻣﺤﻮري در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ را ﺿﺮوري ﻣﯽ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻧﺎﺟﺎ و اراﺋﻪ اﻟﮕﻮي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد آن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 37 ﺳﺌﻮال ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ اﻋﺘﺒﺎر ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪ ، ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از روش ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ2 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ 0/89 اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن روﺳﺎ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ و ﻣﺪرﺳﯿﻦ ﻣﻤﯿﺰي ﺷﺪه ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺖ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ و آﻣﻮزش ﻧﺎﺟﺎ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﺳﻪ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ ﻧﺎﺟﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﭼﻤﺮان ﮐﺮج ، ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺑﻬﺸﺘﯽ اﺻﻔﻬﺎن و ﺛﺎﻣﻦ اﻻﺋﻤﻪ ع(ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺑﻮده، ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 96 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ و از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده وﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ، ﻓﻨﺎوري ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ، رﻫﺒﺮي و ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺑﺎﯾﺪ د اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي ﺑﺮاي ﭘﯿﺎده ﺳﺎزي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Context : Implementation of knowledge management, the basic requirements and the development of knowledge-based organization is considered a powerful tool . Therefore, a comprehensive view of the challenges and barriers of knowledge management in police training centers as a prerequisite to achieve the objectives of Knowledge at the level of law enforcement is needed . Aim: This study aimed to identify barriers infrastructure of knowledge management at the level of police training centers and its improved model . The purpose of this study and the descriptive nature . Method : The data collection tool was a questionnaire consisting of 37 questions that Validity of the content using the supervision and management of relevant experts confirmed , The method for calculating reliability using Cronbach's alpha that Cronbach's alpha for this study is 0/89 . The population of this research , Officers, directors and managers of educational, research and scientific groups audited teachers trained police department , Police working in three centers specialized education is Contains scientific -Karaj training centers, martyr Beheshti and Samen in mashhad . Sample size was determined using a sample of 96 people and stratified random sampling to select samples and analyzing research data using SPSS software. Findings : The results show that Respectively, indicators of human resources, technology, culture, leadership and structure should be a priority investment for the implementation of knowledge management .
