بررسي اثر بخشي آموزش هاي دوره كارشناسي ارشد فرماندهي و مديريت انتظامي ناجا

The effectiveness of training of leadership and police management courses

تحقيق حاضر با مطالعه اثربخشي آموزش هاي دوره دافوس در ميان دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد فرماندهي و مديريت انتظامي و تاثير آن براي دستيابي به اهداف و برنامه هاي آموزشي مورد مطالعه مربوط به دوره 19 دافوس از منظر فرماندهان ومديران از يك سو و نظر دانش آموختگان از سوي ديگر، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. روش شناسي تحقيق: روش تحقيق، توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي بوده و از ابزار پرسشنامه، براي جمع آوري اطلاعات بهره برداري شده و داده هاي مربوط به آن از طريق نرم افزار SPSS، مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرارگرفته است. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي فرماندهان ودانش آموختگان دوره 19 دافوس بوده كه نظرات تعداد 47 دانش آموخته و 43 نفر از فرماندهان ومديران در اين زمينه اخذ گرديده است. پرسشنامه به دو شيوه طراحي شده است. درشيوه اول، اثربخشي آموزش هاي دافوس به منظور ارزشيابي و اثربخشي اين دوره از منظر دانش آموختگان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. در شيوه دوم، پرسشنامه ارزشيابي و اثربخشي اين دوره از منظر فرماندهان و مديران آنها مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. مقدار آلفاي پرسشنامه، بالاتر از 90 درصد بيانگر روايي مناسب اين پرسشنامه ها بوده است. يافته هاي تحقيق: يافته هاي تحقيق، نشان مي دهد كه ميزان تغييرات عملكردي و رفتاري دانش آموختگان در دروس نظري و ولي در حوزه عملي (فعاليت هاي پژوهشي و فرهنگي) و كار در عرصه، سخت تر شكل مي گيرد. درباره ميزان اثربخشي دروس ارائه شده براي دستيابي به اهداف كلي برنامه آموزشي در دوره دافوس نشان مي دهد كه از ميان هفده عنوان، دروس: مديريت بحران، جغرافياي امنيتي- انتظامي، اثربخش نبوده اما پانزده درس ديگر اثربخش بوده است. همچنين ميزان اثربخشي دروس ارائه شده براي دستيابي به اهداف تخصصي برنامه تفصيلي در دوره دافوس نشان مي دهد كه از بين هفده درس، تنها دريك درس تحت عنوان، مديريت بحران، اثربخش نبوده است. اما شانزده درس ديگر اثربخش بوده است. اما درس مديريت بحران در هيچكدام از اهداف كلي و تخصصي اين دوره، اثربخش نبوده است.

This study investigated the effectiveness of postgraduate training in leadership and police management courses. Its main goal is to achieve the objectives of the training and its impact on the course of the study from the perspective of Command and General Staff 19 police officers and managers on the one hand and alumni regarding other hand, has been studied. Research method is descriptive survey expressed questionnaire to collect information and data relating to its operations through a statistical analysis by spss. The population consisted of all officers and graduates who are studying in Command and General Staff 19 comments of 47 graduates and 43 commanders and managers in the field are taken. The questionnaire was designed in two ways in the first approach, the effectiveness of training in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the course in terms of Command and General Staff graduates have been studied. In the second method, and the effectiveness of the course evaluation questionnaires were analyzed from the perspective of leaders and managers. Inventory alpha value above 90% indicates the validity of the questionnaire. The results show that the performance and behavior of graduates in academic knowledge and vision changes easier, but in the area of operations (research and cultural activities) and field work, the harder forms. About the effectiveness of training courses offered to achieve the overall objectives of the course Command and General Staff show that among the seventeen courses: crisis management, security and law enforcement geography, fifteen lessons effective, but it is no longer effective. Maximum effectiveness of courses: human resources management and leadership principles, a good level evaluation. In other words, the most effective and specialized courses to achieve the overall objectives Command and General Staff courses, is the courses in human resource management and leadership principles above 60 percent (although the effectiveness of the courses had), but the management of the crisis in any of the overall objectives of the course and this specialized course is not effective.
