مديريت مشاركتي و تأثير آن در بروز رفتار شهروندي سازماني از ديدگاه كاركنان ناجا

Participatory management and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior of staff from the perspective of Naja

تحقيق حاضر، از نظر هدف پژوهشي كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش، توصيفي پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل كاركنان ستادي فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران مي باشد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، 186 نفر به شكل تصادفي ساده به عنوان نمونه آماري اين تحقيق انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه اي استاندارد مديريت مشاركتي و پرسشنامه استاندارد رفتار شهروندي پادساكف و همكاران (1990) مي باشد. پايايي سوالات با استفاده از فرمول آلفاي كرانباخ براي مديريت مشاركتي 0.87 و رفتار شهروندي سازماني 0.91 مورد سنجش و تاييد قرارگرفت، براي بيان توصيفي و تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش آمار توصيفي و به منظور تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از آزمون ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون با نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه مديريت مشاركتي و مولفه هاي آن بر رفتار شهروندي سازماني تاثير گذار مي باشد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه مشاركت در تغيير و تحول و مشاركت در حل مشكلات به ترتيب داراي بيش ترين و كم ترين ضريب همبستگي مي باشند.

Objectives of the present study, research and application of the nature and method, descriptive survey. Research findings suggest that participatory management and its components impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The results also show that participating in the change, and contribute to solve problems, respectively, and the highest correlation coefficient.
