چكيده فارسي :
قدرت علمي ازجمله اركان تشكيل دهنده قدرت ملي است و در نظريات جديد
پيرامون قدرت ملي ا زا هميت فراواني برخوردار گشته و محور و پايه قدرت ملي قلمداد
گشته است.اساس اين پژوهش به دنبال مدلسازي ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي قدرت علمي از منظر مقام معظم رهبري به عنوان راهبر و رهبر كلان نظام است. روش: براي نيل مقصود پژوهش با استفاده از استراتژي پژوهشي نظريه‌پردازي داده‌بنياد متن بيانات مقام معظم رهبري مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار گرفت. در نهايت بر اساس رويكرد سيستمي نظريه‌پردازي داده‌بنياد الگوي مفهومي قدرت علمي بر اساس انديشه مقام معظم رهبري ارائه گرديده است. در انتهاي مراحل نظريه‌پردازي داده‌بنياد، 165 كد باز، 41 مفهوم و 8 مقوله اصلي شكل گرفت كه عبارتند از پيش‌نياز قدرت علمي، هدف كسب قدرت علمي، شرايط ايجاد قدرت علمي، تعريف قدرت علمي، شاخص قدرت علمي، نتايج قدرت علمي، آثار قدرت علمي، جايگاه قدرت علمي و در پايان الگوي مفهومي قدرت علمي حول مقوله محوري تعريف قدرت علمي بنياد نهاده شد.
چكيده لاتين :
Scientific power is a constituent in national power which attracts many attention recently in modern national power theories to that extent that some theorists consider it as the axis of other constituents. The Supreme Leader has refered to this concept repeatedly lately. But it should be taken into account that every state has its own indogenous features that fundamentally affect its nature of power.
This research aims at modelling aspects and elements of I.R.Iran scientific power based on Supreme leader’s thoughts who has a leading role in national level. To achieve such a goal, we analysed his speaches through Grounded Theory research strategy and modelled the conceptual model of national scientific power according to systematic approach.
Finally, during the grounded theory application, 165 free codes, 41 themes, and 8 categories emerged. All axised around the axis code of national scientific power definition. This model differs from previous researches, as it derives scientific power definition from Leader's point of view and can be used in policy making for science and education development.
