چكيده فارسي :
پس از طراحي يك مدل، ارزيابي، آخرين مرحله‌ي منطقي قبل از بكارگيري در سطح سازمان است. نگارنده قبلا، مدلي از سازمان ارزش‌بنيان با رويكرد اسلامي را در مقاله‌اي بازنموده است كه نخستين مدل جامع سازمان ارزش‌بنيان با رويكرد اسلامي است و 9 بُعد براي چنين سازماني ترسيم، و از اين مبنا دفاع مي‌كند كه تصور يك سازمان ارزش‌بنيان بر پايه‌ي ارزشهاي اسلامي بدون تصور اين ابعاد امكان‌پذير نيست. اكنون جهت سنجش اعتبار مدل برآنيم تا فرضيه‌ي حاصل از مقاله‌ي پيشين در خصوص نحوه‌ي ارتباط متقابل اين ابعاد با هم و اثرشان بر يكديگر را بيازماييم. فلذا،پرسشنامه‌ي محقق‌ساخته‌اي بين كاركنان و اعضاء هيأت علمي دانشگاه پيام نور توزيع و پاسخهاي 300 نفر به پرسشنامه‌ها دريافت گرديد. در مطالعه‌ي پيش‌رو بنا داريم با بهره‌جويي از رويكرد مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري مبتني بر واريانس پاسخهاي جامعه‌ي آماري را تحليل نماييم و به برازش مدلهاي اندازه‌گيري، ساختاري، و كلي بپردازيم يا به بياني ديگر، پايايي و روايي ابزار سنجش، فرضيه‌ي كلي مطالعه‌ي يادشده و فرضيات هجده‌گانه‌ي جزئي‌تر را بيازماييم. چنان كه دستاوردهاي اين مطالعه نشان مي‌دهد، ابزار سنجش از پايايي و روايي مناسب برخوردار بوده است. از فرضيات جزئي، جز دو مورد همگي تأييد شدند و ضرايب حاصل نيز، نشان از برازش مناسب مدل داشتند.
چكيده لاتين :
The last logical step before using a designed model across the organization is assessment. Earlier, the author is presented a model of Islamic value based organization in a paper that was the first comprehensive one, with 9 components that defends the basis that imagine a value based organization based on Islamic values is impossible without them. Now for evaluating this model, we are going to test the hypothesis derived from above paper about the way they interact with and affect each other. For achieving this goal, A researcher-made questionnaire was distributed between staffs and faculty members of PNU, Then responses of 300 members were received. In the leading study we are going to analyze the responses by the use of Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Approach and fit the measurement, structural, and general models Or, in other words, to test the reliability and validity of the measurement tool, the general hypothesis of the study, and the more detailed eighteen hypotheses derived from it. As the results of this study showed, the measurement tool’s reliability and validity has been appropriate. Also, from the eighteen minor hypotheses, all were confirmed, except two, and the coefficients showed that they fit the model well.
