چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ و ﺗﺤﻮﻻت ﻣﺪاوم ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ، ﺑﻬﺒﻮد و ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را در ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن اﺟﺘﻨﺎبﻧﺎﭘﺬﯾﺮ ﻣﯽﺳﺎزد. از ﻃﺮف دﯾﮕﺮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻫﻤﺴﻮ ﺷﺪن ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن را ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ و ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﯾﺠﺎد ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺪﮔﯽ در ﻓﺮد ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد، آﻣﻮزش اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ آﻧﭽﻪ ﮔﻔﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ، ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ارﺗﻘﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزش و ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺷﻬﺮداري ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﻮع داده ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ارﺷﺪ ﺷﻬﺮداري ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و اﺻﻞ اﺷﺒﺎع ده ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ از روش ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي و ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ )ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ روا ﺑﻮدن ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﻮد و ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ از روش ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﮐﺪﮔﺬار اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﺎ و روا ﺑﻮدن ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ارﺗﻘﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺷﻬﺮداري ﻋﺒﺎرﺗﻨﺪ از ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي، آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ.
چكيده لاتين :
Continuous environmental change will make organizational improvements and improvements in a variety of inevitable situations. On the other hand, organizations need to improve and develop operational operations in order to keep pace with environmental changes. One of the processes that enhances the competencies of the staff and leads to the growth of the person is education. Therefore, according to the above, the purpose of this research is to identify the indicators for improving the quality of education and the growth of Tehran municipality managers. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of qualitative data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of university experts and senior managers of Tehran municipality. The sample was selected using purposeful sampling method and saturation principle of ten people. In this study, the librarian method and semi-structured interview (qualitative section) were used to collect data. Interview with experts indicates that the interview was valid, and in order to calculate the reliability of the reliability method between the two coders, the results indicated that the interview was valid and valid. Content analysis was used to analyze the research data. The results showed that the indicators for improving the quality of education and the growth of municipality managers are individual, educational and organizational. According to the research indicators, the individual and educational components of improving the quality of education were in a favorable situation, but the organizational component was not favorable. Also, in the dimension of urban managers, personal, educational and organizational components were in an unfavorable situation.
